Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost) , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 10 mm thick toughned glass as in hinged door, partition automatic doors and similar work including cutting shape, drilling holes, grinding/polishing and rounding off edges of glass, including door handle,hinges and other fixing arrangement etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
S&F grating doom 125mm dia with waste hole PTMT (min wt 40 grm), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- An amount of Rs. 12,095.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
