Note:- Removal of following existing unserviceable steel/wooden components of various MES furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing nailing,welding, glueing, providing hinges,applying putty to level the surface, placing every part in-tact and painting the disturbed portion & painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade with spray gun & apply red oxide primer where ever required after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. All kind of work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE Satwari including BSO's Furniture Yard, and office hours only as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Almirah small steel with shelves :-FD-67(M)/1032:- S&F 3-Way locking system as per drg.

Brass lock as per existing pattern and shape.

SS Handle as approved by GE irrespective of what is shown on drg.

S&F new Legs existing as per drg.

Repairs to dented door by removing the door from hinges, making smooth and straight by removing dent applying putty and refixing including replacing UNSV hinges.

Repairs to existing shelf by opening the clips/rivets of shelf, making smooth and straight by removig dent applying putty and refixing including replacing UNSV clips/rivets.

S&F new shelf by opening the clips/rivets and fixing including replacing UNSV shelf as per drg.

S&F new door by removing the UNSV door from hinges, and fixing including replacing UNSV hinges.

S&F new Stiffner 25mm, 16 guage square MS pipe and welded properly at joints as per drg.

Head rest & Foot rest MS pipe welded properly at broken joints as per drg.

Taking out existing broken head board from bed hard and fixing new head board with 18 mm thick exterior grade pre laminated particle board both side laminated shade as approved by GE with 4mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with new screws.

Taking out existing broken foot board from bed hard and fixing new foot board with 18 mm thick exterior grade pre laminated particle board both side laminated in light walnut shade or shade as approved by GE with 4mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with new screws.

Chair writing officer's FD/E6/MAP/12:- S&F new seat made of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood over which 50 mm thick 50-55 kg/cum density foam cushion shall be fixed with pvc lipping all round. The foam and plywood shall also be covered with minimum rate of Rs-500/ mtr best quality Tapesrty Cloth/fabric as approved by BSO and GE irrespective of what is shown on drg.

S&F new back made of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood over which 50 mm thick 50-55 kg/cum density foam cushion shall be fixed with pvc lipping all round. The foam and plywood shall also be covered with minimum rate of Rs-500/ mtr best quality Tapesrty Cloth/fabric as approved by GE irrespective of what is shown on drg.

Replacement of new arms with polyurethane reinforced with MS insert arms as shown on drgs /existing in chair.

Removing the existing UNSV PVC seat and back from the chair. S&F PVC seat and back 4mm thick to the chair. The PVC seat shall be got approved from GE before supply.

Spray painting all steel surface with existing shade & colour or as approved by GE after application of sand paper & grinder to make the surface smooth & even and applicable of red-oxide primer.
