RequiredViolation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class/suspension of business/removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue

RequiredThe contractor is declaration of genuineness of certificate uploaded by compulsory of current date

RequiredThe L1 Contractor who have quoted more than 25 percentage less, shall invariably pay the amount above 25% through online payment mode during payment of EMD, failing which their tender will not be considered.

RequiredL1 Bidder has to pay the corpus fund fee within 3 days in e-procurement for EMD refund of rest other bidders. If failed tender will be rejected or will not be eligible for next tenders too.
