Picking up and removing old bituminous layer or sand sealing coat from old black topped surface and cleaning the exposed surface by scraping and stacking the material as directed.(a) By manual means : (i) From 25 mm to 50 mm thick.

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound in conformity with the municipal/Corporation rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of E.I.C.

Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor:(b) Two Coats

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat)c) Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For WBM / WMM Surface:with primer @0.70-10 kg/sam

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).(i) On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with Hot Mix Plant using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and bituminous binder of required specification including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregates are coated uniformly, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including cost and carriage of bitumen, coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 507 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). A. For Grading 1 (19 mm nominal size, 50 mm thick.) (i) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH.

Dismantling Kerb Stones Dismantling kerb stones by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and upto a lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block (ICBP) with Concrete Bloc with concrete grade as specified per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufractured in steel mould clamped to vibrating table by hydralic pressure (as per cl no-6.30 of IRC SP 63(2018) from BIS licensee manufracturer with spacer nio (small protruding profile on the vertical face of a paver block used as device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks as per Cl no 3.26 of IS : 15658) and specified size and sape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of paver block asper Cl3.3 of IS : 15658) as per Table 2 of IS 15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS:15658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with cushion of compacting bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per Clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in bewteen paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clouse 6.5.2 IRC SP 63 and completing the edges with cut block as per cl no-8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper bedding and joint filling sand and filling up of the edge gap 100 mm thick. Relaying & resetting interlocking designer paver block 100 mm thick of any shade and of approved quality over 35 mm thick fine sand bed as per IS: 1237 |1980 laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway, etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material. Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) using approved crushed aggregates of specified grading as per Table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temperature by means of approved and suitable arrangements to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per Clause 803 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
