Earthwork excavation in all types of soils including all initial lead and lift etc complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, foure sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 (Mix 1:1 1/2:3, one part of cement, one and half parts of sand, three parts of 20 mm hard blue granite metal by volume, characteristic strength not less than 20 N/sqmm) machine mixed for all reinforced Cement Concrete works, including scaffolding, cost of all materials, machine mixing, vibrating. lifting, curing, labour charges for laying & finishing etc.. but excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcements and also excluding centering and formwork etc.. complete complying with the relevant standard specifications.

Supplying and fabricating of reinforcement steel of all diameters for reinforced cement concrete works at all heights and depths including straightening, cleaning,cutting.ending. placing in position and binding, hoisting and welding if any including cost of power, electrodes etc, cost of annealed binding wire (18 gauge), providing overlaps, tying in position and providing necessary cover blocks for all works as per detailed drawings supplied (including chairs, cranks, lap rods, spacer bars, fan hooks etc.,) with the relevant standard specifications, complete for all leads & lifts.

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column, footing. plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc.. completed complying with standard specification and as directed.

Filling with well gravel from approved quary including cost of conveyance and watering and consolidation etc complete.

Supply and Filling with M Sand in Layer by Layer including Watering and Consolidation and all labour charges for Spreading as per the Direction of the Departmental officers Etc, Complete

Plastering for concrete surfaces using cement mortar 1:4(One part of cement, four parts of sand by volume) thickness 20 mm (average) for all internal/external surfaces for drains etc., finished smoothly to one level including curing etc., complete, at all leads and at all heights

Painting with Emulsion paint two coats for new plastered surface with approved colour Emulsion paint over One Coat of primer over Cement Plastered Wall surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in concrete broken stone brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC slab. The proporation being 32:12:5 for requuired slope and the thickness of roof as required and well beaten with wooden beaters etc., completed
