REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD, KERB STONE, FOOTHPATH AND ROAD FURNITURE AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN SP LINE, GWALIOR ROAD, MP LINE ETC UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (EAST) AGRA

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc one sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc but making good by applying tack coat @5 kg / 10 sqm putting premixed bituminous macadam well ramming and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (incl. supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exc 30 mm etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a primer tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 at the rate 5 Kg per 10 Sqm for laying premixed bituminius macadam premix carpet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (Design mix) (consolidated thicked 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix laid and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Premix Bituminous macadam shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver and asphaltic dense concrete work shall be done within 48 hours after completion of rolling and consolidation of bituminious macadam. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used in lower side, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs.45/Kg. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified above.

M&L for laying bituminous premix Asphaltic semi dense asphaltic concrete with using mechanical paver 30 mm thick consolidated thickness with using 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, (Paving bitumen VG-30) rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonnes power vibrator road roller to achieve the required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant by using design mix and transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of mechanical paver. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on this basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted lower side of binder used however no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to IP 67) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4 V / 0.3 watt one Ni-mh or NI-cd rechargeable battery (1.2 V / 1600 MA) consisting of 06 Nos super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strip/line (retro- reflective ) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material with glass beads by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispeser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface incl cost of materials, labour T&P , cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc complete as per direction of Engr-In-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

M&L for repairing of potholes to any depth & size by ready mix bitumen pothole patching premix. It is bituminised tarred macadam product manufactured by mixing pre-washed and hot air dried specially graded aggregates with propreitary bitumen based binders fortified with anti-stripping agents and sepcial additives. This material can cover 50 kg per sqm area and depth of 40 mm. Application guidelines are as under :- (a) Mark the affected area along the weak portions which are in proximity. The edges of the damaged area should be cut properly into square or rectangular profiles. Remove any stagnated water from the affected area and make the surface as dry as possible. Clean the affected area by sweeping with a bristled brush or broom to render it free from loosely bound aggregates, debris clay etc. (b) If the depth of pot holes is more tha 10 cm then it should be filled up with suitable aggregate (sub grade) and properly compacted to minimise the depth before laying of ready mix bitumen pothole patching premix. (c) Binder is used on the cleaned potholes surface as a tack coat for better adhesiveness. Cut upon the bag and apply ready mix bitumen potholes patching premix directly from the sack in maximum 5 cm lifts and compact it after every lift using a vibratory compactor plate steel wheel rooler or a hand tamp for avoding voids. (d) Fill up the patch leaving a crown of height 2.5 cm allowing for secondary compaction by traffic flow watpress, level and compact the crown for maximum durability sprinkle some stone dust or fine sand on the repaired surface and allow traffic after 30 minutes depending upon ambient climatic conditions. (e) Consume all the contents once the bag is opened. Note :- Rate shall be deemed to be included all materials, labour, Equipments, fabrication cutting etc all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for dismantling of speed breaker either PVC or bituminous and maing good the surface of road of sweeping for free from dust and applying hot bitumen joint filler etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing of PVC speed breaker on the road surface properly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of broken stone or boulder having gauge n.exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing finishing surface even and rough using broom finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out carefully (without damage) of PCC Kerb stone any size and shape any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of old kerb stone of any thickness in any depth , jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves over cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) 25 mm thick using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for bedding of kerb stone etc complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in trenches soft / loose soil n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc n. exc. 10 Sqm on pan and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in alyers n.exc. 25 cm as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point with soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes sigle socketed 150 mm bore including bed, shose, Tee Y as required etc in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in eight, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, kerbs, chajjas , water troughs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, fixing of chain link fencing etcall as directed incl necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over weather proof 2 mm thick putty on new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair with square stainless steel frame of 40 mm dia and 1.8 mm thickness of Stainless steel pipe for framing of Sign board (height of frame should not be less than 2.1 m from GL. Below GL it should not be less than 0.6 m & width should not be less than 0.9 m) including cutting,welding and framing of stainless steel structure including necessary clamps as per direction of Engr in charge comprising of minium 5 mm thick polyurethane boards which are used in sign boards because of their light weight durability and ability to with stand various weather conditions and the size of board should not be less than 0.9 m 1.5 m to create a desired information message including grouting in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.6 m below ground level. Complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate shall be deemed to be included all materials, earth work, labour, Equipments, fabrication, paiting / coating, cutting and welding and any other specific type of work is required for preparation of sign board and measurable portion is sign board only.

Dismantling of interlocking tiles of any size/thickness in floor/pavings in any depth etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25 mm thick sand cushion layer for laying of interlocking tiles /pavers complete all as specified and directed

Refixing of old interlocking tiles 60/80 mm thick in floors/pavings etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforcement concrete of any description and in any position etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L provding precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) for cover slab for manhole, drain and similar articals with plane faces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT boars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1.00 mm thick mild steel black sheet as in frame work & RCC cover cut to size, holes punched including headed screw welded etc including two coat of sythetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel complete all as specified and directed.
