Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including removing debris/rubbish materials off the site outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removing debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of terrazo tile flooring including cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for heavy duty outdoor vitrified tiles dark or light shade /double charge/ultra charged 16 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shed of tiles laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Make : HR Johnson / Kajaria / Rakceramics, Sample as approved by GE.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic exterior wall tiles 6 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular size as approved by GE) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tile fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering or backing layer in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles/rendering complete all as specified and directed. Make – HR Johnson (Endura) / Kajaria / Rakceramics, Sample as approved by GE.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls / ceilings by scrapping / rubbing and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) Base coat of Apex ultima protek duralife and top coat of Apex Ultima protek, (Make : Asian Paints) over a coat of alkali resistent primer through authorized applicator only including use of scaffoldings from ground floor upto 04 storeys height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Make: "Apex Ulitima" of Asian Paints "trucare" Primer / "Weather coat all Guard"of Berger Paints / Dulux weather shield Max of Dulux Paints / Excel top Guard of Nerolac paints, as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair Aluminium composite panel sheet 3mm thick PVCF fixed with necessary aluminium tube of size 25mm x 38mm x 1.5mm thick with required cilicon & screw as in ceiling/columns and in vertical surface complete all as specified and directed. Make : Eurobond / Alstone/ Alucoboand / Alstrong, Sample as approved by GE.

Material and labour for Z Black Granite stone/ tiles (of any type) 15 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including diamantling of old stone slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Moulding (Sandwitch moulding) of granite slab edges including polishing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast RCC jalli & pillars (sample as approved by GE) with cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, thickness of RCC jalli 35 mm (measured solid) including all mouldings & frame, set in cement mortar (1:4) to precast pillars grooves and including reinforcement of 4mm dia annealed wire @ 100 mm c/c spacing on both side alongwith pillars decorative round dome type on top of size 75 x 75 mm with reinforcement 4 mm dia annealed wire 4 Nos with stirrups 4 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c spacing and one number 8 mm dia TMT bar at centre including dismantling of existing RCC jalli and pillars complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 13 above but except pillars.
