Detailed topographical survey, contouring, with the help of DGPS/ TOTAL STATION /DRONE of illegal colonies under Nagar Palica Council limits. Preparation of detailed plan showing land features as kachha/ pakka houses, open land, parks, drains, electric poles, hand pumps, road with their type, total no .of plots, vacant plots and other relevant information required for the development of illegal colonies. Preparation of Cadastral maps by Digitization of revenue maps & Superimposition of the digitized revenue maps on imagery, fixation of outer boundaries of the colony as per their khasra nos. including details of area. Preparation & submission of detail layout plan, Drawing, design and estimates for infrastructure development including supply of soft copies and 4 hard copies after approval of competent authority.The fees quoted above is inclusive of all taxes and duties, charges, fees, royalties and insurance etc levied by law from time to time excluding the GST. The GST paid by us on GNP Guna .Projects covered under this contract shall be reimbursed on Pro-rata basis on production of relevant documents and its scrutiny by GNP Guna understand that GNP Guna shall be deducting tax at source at the time of making payments as per applicable laws.
