Complete repairs to engine starting system to be carried out by way of disengaging tappets, rockers. The job includes P/F Tappet Rocker’s (1set) with Rod assembly, including P/F tappet cover gasket using bond adhesive etc.
Complete Checking and repairs to Fuel injection pump assembly with 02 Nos. of Injectors to be carried out by way of disengaging FIP assembly and injectors and then repairing these by way of p/f of new quadrants nozzle tips delivery valves etc. The job includes calibration of pump assembly and checking of injectors and set with proper pressure. The job includes testing of F.I.P. on full load.
Complete M-oil change of engine to be carried out by way of draining out old M.oil from engine, and removing old filters & then washing / cleaning of sump and filter bowls including cleaning of air filter bowl etc. The job includes providing /filling of fresh M-oil – 12 Ltrs (Shell/Castrol) recommended by manufacturer. The job further includes P/F of M.oil filter 01 No., Diesel pipes (02 Nos.), M-oil Pipe (01 No.), diesel pipe (set), Banjo bolts (03 Nos.), Washers, & complete fitting of the same.
Complete Checking of leakages of radiator assembly to be carried out by way of dismantling of assembly and shafting it to the workshop for repairs by soldering wherever required. The job includes, cleaning of fins, vanes, tank upper & lower using cleaning agent and testing the same for leakage. The job includes also includes P/F of complete hose pipe with clamps and radiator mountings (01 Set) and providing & filling of Coolant 03 Ltrs (Shell/Castrol) refitting the same on the DGs set at site.
Checking /repairs of DG set panel board by replacing damaged wires, fuses & connectors. The job includes P/F of ampmeter, oil pressure mater and water tempt mater with wiring etc. The job includes servicing of self-starter assembly by replacing damaged carbon brush set, bushes etc.
Repairs to silencer of DG set by way of dismantling the same & repairing the same through welding. The job including replacement of the damaged extended portion of the exhaust pipe by 50mm nominal diameter MS pipe including bend.
