M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor laid in panels finishing the surfaces even and rough to receive topping layer of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 250mm thick PCC 1:1½: 3 type A-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floor laid in panels finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement and making broom finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deepx10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description incl racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surface in CM 1:3 finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement with using liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling brick or brick tiles laid bedded and pointed in any type of mortar as on roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/striping out of existing roof treatment (tarfelt & roof plaster etc) including PCC padding of any description, and any thickness including backing, and remove the debris complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, roof kerb, coping etc mixed with liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:-WPC will be measured & paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface complete all as specified and directed with the followings: - (a) Applying bituminous based primer confirming to IS:3384-1965 @ 0.30Kg/Sqm (b) Applying APP modified polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.0Kg/Sqm laid and bonded to the sub strata by heat process, over laps of 100mm shall be sealed/fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer instructions. (c) Screeding 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 as bedding layer using 100% coarse sand. (d) S&F 40 mm thick brick tiles jointed and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with linseed oil @ 5% by weight of cement.

S&F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including vertical member, rafter and purline including special shaped washer etc using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 graded st-240 including cutting to dead length, notching, drilling riveting and/or welding & connecting with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick (BMT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixing with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of exterior emulsion weather proof paint and a coat of primer over a coat of 1mm thick Birla putty as base coat complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced incl (reinforced cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any thickness above or below ground floor complete all as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1½: 3 type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in chajja, fins, facia and similar suspended work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls, pillasters, cornices etc. and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint camouflage pattern over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, pillasters, cornices etc. and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chawkhats or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame n.exc 1.50 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
