M&L for inspection, maintanance and servicing of complete DG Set of capacity between 15-75 KVA (Inspection & Maintenance comparising of Engine/ Alternator/ Control panel) including replacement of unserviceable spare parts where required, for smooth functioning of DG Set through the representatives of authorised dealer/OEM of Kirloskar and cummins complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as under :- Make of DG Set : Kirloskar and Cummins. (A). 'A' Check (a) Lubricating oil condition (b) Engine oil and water leakage (c) Mounting structure of DG Set and other nut bolts of engine and alternator (d) Fan Belts and their adjustment required for smoothe operation of driver (e) cleaning of air filters (f) Adjusment of valve clearance (g) change of oil/Fuel filters and engine oil if necessary (h) solonoid switch, battery and battery charger (j) cooling system and fuel system (k) checking of all power cables and AVR connections etc (l) control panel meters and functioning of gadgets (m) functioning of control and safety system. (B) 'B' Check (a) Flexible coupling of engine and alternator (b) cleaning of crank case ventilation pipe (c) checking of injectors and fuel pump (d) checking of alternator and carbon brushes etc. Note. (a) The cost of spares required for maintenance shall be measured and paid separtely under relevant items (b) Spare parts shall only be purchased from the authorised dealers.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of aquastic enclousers, cleaning dust, dirts, etc. filling cavities with filler compound and applying two coat of DUCCO paint with existing colour by using spray machine gun including writting SM/MES No. with white paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of damaged AMF panel wiring with 1.5/2.5 Sqmm copper conductor FRLS as per existing including replacement of cable treys of existing size and copper thimbles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete dismantling and servicing of existing unsv solar water heater and collector panel of capacity 100 LPD of any Make with electric back up system after disconnecting the existing water supply/water connection from any height of the building/ ground, including stripping out the hot water vessel by taking out, outer cover, insulating materials etc and continuous brazing /welding of the inner container where required for arresting leakages including replacemnt of defective / worn out spare parts etc and re-assembling the system connecting the water/ electrial connections complete and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:-(i) Cost of minor defective /worn out spares is deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (ii) Cost for servicing of flat plate collector is also deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Major spares shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Servicing of solar water heater shall be got through the authorised dealer of M/S RASHMI Industries, Bangalore or original Equipment Manufacturer to avoid any defect.

All as per Ser item No 26 here-in-before but for solar water heater capacity 200/300 lts/day.

M & L for replacement of damaged framed work as in ladder of angle or other section with gusser plate, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel including hanging, welding and also fastening complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in as in foundations ,fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete as in coping of poles including making the surface smooth matching with existing coping complete all as directed.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' brick ( old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
