Removal of existing unserviceable/broken long rail and S&F new long rail of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm size bore duly ISI marked including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for dismantling of existing unserviceable/broken short rail and cutting of old long rail obtained from Sr No 19 to the required size for short rail including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of Old u/s legs of Charpoy and S&F of new legs made out of old broken short rails retrieved from item Sr No 20 above by cutting and threading at one end and fixing 3mm thick base MS circular plates of 55mm dia duly painted at other end as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing MS flat iron of size 40mmx5mm thick , 900 mm long providing 02 Nos of holes /drilled in each flat iron for tightening plywood on flat iron along with longrail with countersunk screws/suitable nuts, bolts and washers on both sides of flat MS iron and including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of old unsv foam cushion from Sofa Set 5 Seater and S&F new Foam Cusion 21' x 22' x 4' thick, 40 density duly covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality/shade. The Cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 250/- per meter. All as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- is one quanitity)

RECANING OF ALL TYPES OF CHAIR (CHAIR EASY, CHAIR DINING, CHAIR WRITING, STOOL DRESSING ) :- Taking out existing worn out/unserviceable cane from Chair Easy, Chair Dining ,Chair Writing & Stool Dressing and recaning the same with half round 2.002/2.5mm wide 0.4mm thik white plastic cane as per Godrej pattern all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for polishing the wooden furniture with two coat of laccure polish after removing the old polish with grinder machine, preparation the surface smooth with applying putty filling cracks & joint with putty, raw shina (pilli mitti) scraping the surface with abrasive emery paper. colour of polish as directed by Engineer-in-Charge rest all as per drg (including polishing at site)
