Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling stone dust in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand, eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement,one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement ,but including curing etc.,complete as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors as per standard specification.

Brick Work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks 8 ¾ " x 4 ¼ " x 2 ¾" including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications

Painting 2 coats with approved cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing other new surface and curing etc., complete.

Providing of Granular Sub base using Grade I materials of table 400 -1 of Morth with minimum CBR 30 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mix in by palce method at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including all labourcharges etc, complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM ) soecification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Supply and laying precast designer Paver Block confirming to IS 15658-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M50 grade 83mm thick (Table Clauses sand 9.14) suitable for bus terminals, Industrial Complexes Road on expensive soils tec.,) including the cost of paver block of size 225mm x 112.50mm x 100mm and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule cost of loading and unloading handling during over sand bed of 150mm thick (Excluding the cost of sand) conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and paver block cutter and labour charges for vibrator and paver block cutter operators and labour for levelling the sand to the paver block etc., complete IS 15658-2006
