Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5m or part there of in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials - all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses , fillets, columns , pillars,piers, abutments, posts and struts etc.upto floor five level excluding cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement:1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and catilevers.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement :6 course sand).

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

18mm thick plain cement mortar band in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand) - raised band.

Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc.complete - on steel work

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complte.

Filling in Plinth or trenches,under floors, in areas with Quarry dust including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of compound wall Cast Iron Gate with roller arrangement as per design and drawing. The rate includes material, labour and overhead charges, the work should be done as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of Cast Iron compound wall fencing as per design and drawing, Each bay consists of four horizontal member each of 30 kg weight and horizontal rods of alternate small and big rods of 25mm dia (+ or - 2 mm thickness variation) and 10 nos of small rod and 9 nos of big rod and the centre rod will be drilled into the wall and each bay is supported by compound wall intermediate pillar. The rate includes material, labour for fixing and overhead charges, the work should be done as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete foundation structure below Ground level upto a depth of 3m by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50m lead-1:4:8 or leanear mix.

Demolishing of brick work in foundation structure below Ground level upto a depth of 3m by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50m lead.

Demolishing of RCC work in foundation structure below Ground level upto a depth of 3.0 m by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead.

Demolishing Stone rubble masonry/foundation structure below Ground level upto a depth of 3.0 m by mechanical means including disposal of unserviceable materials with in 50m lead in cement mortar.

Disposal of building rubbish and unserviceable dismantled materials upto 5Kms radius. The rate include incidential charges transportation by mechanical means loading and unloading etc.,
