Providing and laying to required line and grade as per the drawing interlockingcement concrete blocks of M 50 grade 100 mm thick laid over the sand cushion. The size and the shape of the concrete blocks had to be approved before sourcing/ manufacturing the same. The aggregate used for the manufacture of the blocks shall be sound and free from soft apiecces. The proportion of the coarse aggregate in the mix is typically 40 percent and the fine aggregate shall be 60% The size of the coarse aggregate should lie between 6mm and 12mm and the gradation should be in the recommended range for cement concrete mixes in general. The sand cushion 80 mm thickness shall satisfy the following gradation table-1.The gaps between the two blocks shal be filled with relatively finer sand than the bedding sand of gradation as per table- 2. The paver blocks shall be compacted using a light tandem roller or plate compactor till the required grade and line is achieved. Providing guildeline road marking kerb painting (special acrylic medium pigmented) involving cleaning the surface free of dirt and loose particles applying one coat of primer and applying one layer of 20 to 25 microns. Rate shall include for all materials , labour components loading ,unloading ,transportation , fuel charges etc., as complete all respects complying with relevant IRC specifications, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is 20/ exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.
