PART-I: CIVIL EXTERNAL WORKS

Earth work excavation over areas in all soils except soft and hard rocks and disposing off the surplus soil to the dumping ground etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the E-I-Charge.

Providing, laying and fixing 60 mm thick (min) dressed natural granite stone blocks COBBLE of M/S Unistone or M/s Kingstone or equivalent in flooring (Approximate size 110mm X 110 mm of approved pattern) in required size, shade, shape and pattern in plain/surved or any geometric shape of approved quality and colour in flooring fixed with MYK laticrete 335- Multipurpose adhesive or equivalent over 12mm thick mortar backing of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 corase sand), Using Ready Mix Mortar including grey cement slurry/ paste and grouting the joints matching colour including rounding the exposed edges (edges in semicircle), wastage etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying min 80 mm thick interlocking paver block of any approved make (M-40 Grade) or as directed by EIC of size 200 mm X 200 mm or required size over including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evently spread over the sub base including preparation and consolidation of sub base, and fibrating the paver block surface with surface vibrator, finished in line, level and filling the joints with fine sand and removal of excess sand, cleaning the surface including cutting the block, making opening / cut-out eherever required, including removing existing damaged paver block including wastage, finel cleanig disposing of debrise out of the premises etc complete all as per specification and as direced by the EIC.

Providing and laying 250 mm X 250 mm X 25 mm thick paver tiles having cement mortar (1:4) or required size as per existing patern and design over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 beding (Using Ready Mix Mortar), compacting, finish to line, level slope and plumb including cutting the block, making opening / cut-out eherever required, including removing existing damaged paver tiles including wastage, finel cleanig disposing of debris out of the premises etc complete all as per specification and as direced by the EIC.

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, cantering etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the E-I-Charge.

Providing and fixing hydraulically pressed factory made Bull Nose Kerb Stones from approved manufacturers, made up of cement concrete of grade not less than M-25 and having size 300 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm or other approved design and pattern fixing with CM 1:3 (Using Ready mic mortar) jointing and pointing in CM-1:3 (Using Ready mic mortar) etc. including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:4:8 foundation below kerb stone etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. ( Note: Length of finished edgeing shall be measured for Payment.)

Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard-core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with 1st quality rubblr, hand set, well packed includind filling the interstices with similer stone chieps, suplying and finishing / blindingthe surfaces with approved blinding quslity murrum including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per specifications drawings & as directed by Engineering In Charge.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels / heights 18 mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door / window frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length / height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut / hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with cm 1:3 (Using Ready Mix Mortar), 20mm backing & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc. and depositing the same at dept. store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

a) Jet Black Granite Stone

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing with CM 1:4 below ground level, curing etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Using Ready Cement Sand mortar)

a) In foundation & plinth, drain walls, chambers etc.

b) In super structure at all floors and levels.

Half brick masonry using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality in cement mortar 1:4 at all floors and levels including RCC 1:2:4, 115 mm wide & 80 mm thick stiffeners at every one metre height with 2 Nos. of 6 mm dia M.S. rods including form work, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) In partition walls with stiffeners.

b) In partition walls without stiffeners.

Providing and laying in position, at all floors and at all levels & locations plain cement concrete of grade as specified below including machine mixing, consolidation, finishing, curing and including cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specifications and directed by EIC. (Note:- Reinforcement provided if any shall be measured & paid under relevant item.)

The artistic painting with beautification of wall with painting including the background painting with Asian or approved make enamel paint including scraping the surface applying the suitable wall care putty and finishing the surface with smooth finish including cost of labour, material, tools & plants including wastage etc. all as per specification and approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Removing the existing fencing made with M.S. Angles post & supports, other M.S. members covered with M.S. Weldmesh including scaffolding, cutting of structural members by gas cutting removing the nut bolts etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in position structural steel, M. S. Angle, M. S. Chanel, M. S. Flat etc. conforming to IS 800-2007 latest revision and steel tube shall be of grade YST 240 or equivalent conforming to IS: 1161-2014 and all rolled section shall be of grade E 250 conforming to IS: 2062-2011 and all rectangular / square hollow section shall be of grade YST 240 or equivalent conforming to IS: 4923-2017 all shall be manufacturers by M/s SAIL or Tata steel or M/s Rastriya Ispat Nigam Ltd. & steel corporation Ltd. Including cost of hot dip galvanised bolt of property class / grade 5.6 conforming to IS 1367 (part-3)- 2017 and IS: 1367 (part-13) -2020 and SS screws shall be of grade A2/70 conforming to IS:1367 (Part-14)-2018 etc. Including applying to all the structural member shall be hot dip galvanised and mass of zinc coating shall not be less than 610 gsm of total surface and conforming to IS: 4759 latest revision and including necessary scaffolding and shifting arrangement for installation of structure frame work etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note for the Testing of material: - The contractor shall furnished the test report received from the factory.

Supplying, erecting & fixing in position 8 gauge G.I. concertina wire fencing to existing barbed wire fencing /masonry wall work which consist of procuring G.I. concertina of approved quality, brand and of diameter as indicated below, erecting and fixing the same to top /side of ‘Y’ shaped angle provided over coping of compound wall, fixing concertina over ground along inside of compound wall including welding / screwing concertina to M.S. ‘Y’ angle to compound wall including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

a) Providing and fixing 600mm dia concertina to side / top of ‘Y’ shaped barbed wire fencing.

Supplying and fixing in position, 2 ply, 12 gauge, 4 spikes at 100 mm c/c G.I. barbed wire to M.S. angles / RCC wooden posts including supplying and fixing necessary ‘J’ hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, staples as required etc. including scaffolding etc. complete all as per Engineer-In-charge direction.

Providing and fixing in position G.I. chain link fencing of 8 gauge and mesh size of 50mm x 50mm to M.S. post including scaffolding fixing the same with necessary ‘J’ hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, staples, 6mm M.S. Fixing rods including applying to all the fencing shall be hot dip galvanised and mass of zinc coating shall not be less than 610 GSM of total surface and conforming to IS: 4759 latest revision and including necessary scaffolding and shifting arrangement for installation of structure frame work etc., complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel of 4mm thick of M/s. of Eurobond, Altobond , Alstrong or Equivalent for Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including: (openables shall be provided at every 3.6 m at each side with necessary SS hinges as directed by EIC) (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shadesmade out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon basedfluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 andpolymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steelscrews, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rodsetc. Please refer additional notes.

Providing & fixing GRC panel/Clay tiles/cladding/murual works/frame on walls as per approved design and drawings including all material, labour,transport, necessary SS clamps, scaffoldings,painting required etc. complete approved specilised vendor all as per drawing, specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ‘UniStone’ Wall Cladding Clay/ GRC Tiles in Size 230mm x 75mm x 15mm thick in approved natural clay shade or ‘Terracotta’ made from natural clay. The appearance and shade of tiles should be natural terracotta having subtle variation in shade. The tiles would be made from special clay and firing temperature would be more than 1100° Celsius & shall have 1.75mm deep groove at the back side of the tile. The allowed variance in these tiles should not be more than ±2.5mm & top surface should be coated with silicone and surface water absorption should not exceed 2% and by immersion method it should be less than 8%, as per DIN 18166. The breaking strength of the tile shall be ≥ 20 N/mm² as per DIN – 18166. The product should be applied on cured rough plastered surface. The substrate plaster should be in ratio of 1:3 (Cement: Coarse Sand) & tiles should be applied by an exterior polymer modified cementitious tile adhesive having tensile adhesion strength ≥ 2.5 N/mm2 as per EN 1348. The product should be applied with plus shaped spacers in desired groove width i.e. 6-8mm and all grooves horizontal and vertical should be pointed with a mix of fine sand and cement in ratio of (3 parts fine sand and 1 part of cement). All work should be carried out as per manufacturer’s laying instructions and as per direction of Engineer in charge at site

GRC brackets of size 350 x 125 x 350 mm including GRC framing as per approved design and drawing.

Providing & fixing in 2.5 mm thick ASA uPVC roofing sheet (Acrylonitrile, styrene & acrylate) for roof. ridge in approved design & pattern & position with self-threaded epoxy clotted screw with nylon washer and nylon cap over screw etc. including cost of material, tools and plant and labour, scaffolding, wastage including fixing of roof, ridge, edges etc. complete all as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & fixing 10/18 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc. including dismantling the existing plywood/ A. C. sheet shutters, removing and refaxing of architraves with necessary screws, stacking serviceable material and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Note: The entire shutter shall be joint less shutter.

a) 18 mm thick.

Providing and fixing in position approved animated design entrance gate by using cast iron and GI/MS section materials including cutting, welding, fixing in position, two coat of enamel paint with approved colour / shade over one coat of steel primer etc. at different locations in Anushaktinagar etc all complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position precast Glass reinforced concrete Screens / jalli/Column of minimum 30mm thick as per approved panel size, shape & design and drawing, cast at factory with mix design as Cement:50 kg, Quartz sand: 50 kg, Super plasticizer: 0.1 kg, Polymer: 0.5kg, AR Glass fibre not less than 5% including providing necessary holes and keys in Jali for accommodating suitable approved S S anchor bolts etc. finishing the surface smooth with cement punning curing the jali/column in curing tank for a minimum period of 14 days and hoisting the jali/column with mechanical hoist properly and carefully without causing any damage, with required line & level etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer In-charge.

Providing and fixing following thickness of heavy quality clear/colourd FRP sheet of approved manufacture ,including fixing with necessary bronze anodised/SS screws etc., all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

a) 5 mm thick clear FRP sheet.

Providing and fixing/installing stainless steel sculpture (Grade 316) with gold finish of size 8' x 8' x 6' and 2 mm thick and black, mirror polished as per drawing etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts, bolts, fasteners, welding etc. of required size including fixing the same on a base & location with suitable arrangement as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & erecting double bamboo scaffolding using minimum 75 mm dia best quality bamboo tied with coir rope & the horizontal & vertical members of the bamboos provided as required at spacing of not more than 900 mm apart both vertically & horizontally including providing cross supports as struts to tie the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance / repair works of external surfaces of buildings as & when required including providing necessary safety belts to workers, dismantling the scaffolding after repair work is completed including cost of transportation, labour, safety belts etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: 1.The mode of measurement shall be in square metre for the overall portion of external exposed surface area of buildings covered by scaffolding and the said area shall be measured flat. No deductions shall be made for any openings in the surface and the jambs / reveals. 2.Contracter has to make his own arrangement at his expenses to provide sufficient safety belts & helmets of approved quality & make before commencement of work and should be shown to EIC for verifying the quality & quantity of safety belt / helmet sets. 3. Labours working on the scaffolding should be with safety belts, helmets and they should wear the same while working. Labours seen not wearing safety belts & helmets shall be sent out of the work site immediately and a penalty of Rs.1000.00 per person per day will be levied. Please refer additional notes.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: Important Notes: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. Please refer additional notes.

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.

b) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar up to 35mm thick in layers of not exceeding 20mm (with out chicken mesh) in a day (proportion- cement 50 Kg : silica sand 125 Kg) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement, bond coat to old concrete and bond coat for every successive layers of 20mm thick in proportion polymer : Cement-1:1 by volume as per specification including covering the floor/windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc., and cleaning after repair etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of supplying and applying protection coat /Bond coat of polymer.

c) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar average 70 mm thick in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 kg : silica sand 125 Kg. ) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement and bond coat for every successive layers of 20 mm thick in proportion Polymer : cement – 1:1 by volume as per specification including one layer of Chicken mesh 22 gauge, including covering the floor / windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc. and cleaning after repairs, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. The rate is inclusive of supplying and applying protection coat /Bond coat of polymer.

Jacketing and strengthening of R.C.C column with free flow self compacting micro concrete made with Roff concrete Repair (Super flow micro concrete) manufactured by M/S. Roff construction chemical, (or) Renderoc RG manufactured by M/s. Fosroc chemicals (India) limited (or) ESSEN construction chemical or other approved equivalent make, which consist of dismantling loose concrete along with plaster, cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly with wire brush and finally with acetone, making micro concrete by mixing prepacked dry micro concrete and water in proportion as prescribed by the manufacture, mixing them thoroughly for 5 minutes for achieving free flow state of micro concrete, pouring the micro concrete in layers, compacting the concrete by blowing strokes with 16mm steel rod curing for 10 days (curing shall be commenced immediately after 4 hours of pouring concrete) etc. including providing shuttering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC . NOTE: 1. Measurement shall be taken as per actual consumption of pre-packed dry micro concrete in Kg. used for structural repairing work.

Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Binding wire required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.

a)With high yield strength deformed bars Fe 500 D grade General Notes for Plastering work: 1. Premix shall be factory made and shall be with OPC. 43 grade 2. Sand used in premix shall be Confirming to IS-383 and as per Specification. 3. Premix plaster shall be cement mortar 1:4 4. Premix plaster factory made material must be in sealed cover. All precuation as in cement shall be observed. 5. Each lot / batch of material supply shall preferably be supplied direct from factory to site. 6. Manufacture must give date of manufacture of cement used and date of Manufacture of premix plaster. 7. Each lot / batch must be tested for cement content and compreshive strength. 8. The contractor must take full precautions that original brick work is not damaged while dismantling of plaster. In case of any damage the same shall be made good with 22g chickenwire mesh at his own cost . No separate payment for any additional thickness of plaster if any will be made. Contractor must visit site and acquaint himself with the condition of building.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build well' Ready mix plaster of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/ Readymade Polymerised Drymix plaster -Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt.Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acryalic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s FOSROC or other equvalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ) including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster ' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Drymix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with neeru over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including curing and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

a) 12 mm thick

b) 15 mm thick.

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.

a) Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces NOTE : 1) The surface shall be cleaned with water jet with high pressure water pump spray of at least 100 kg/sq.m. and brushing/ rubbing with coir to remove all foreign materials etc. before painting work. 2) The entire treatment shall stand guarantee for water tightness from external treated surfaces and for bone dry conditions for a period of Five ( 5 ) years .The guarantee shall be given on the regular format of the Department under Conditions of Contract. 3) Lower consumption less than as mentioned will be recovered @ Rs. 450/ltr 4) Any leakages complaints received with a period of 5 years from the date of competion.The contractor shall employee sufficient labour and rectify the leakages immediately within 7 days of those of such complaint from EIC

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats synthetic oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer, including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices mild depression etc. scaffolding including cleaning of floors, doors & windows etc.& disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing frameless 12mm thick clear toughened glass door with SS handles, floor spring, locking arrangements with SS patch fittings of approved make Dorma/ Ozone etc complete.

Double leaf glass doors of size 2000mm x 2145mm

Providing, fixing and installing anti skid WPC interlocking Deck tiles size 300 mm X 300 mm on existing flooring of M/S Sharpex or any other approved make as per approved design and pattern approved by competent authority including cost of labours, tools, transportation, wastage etc. including taxes, CGST, SGST etc. complete all as per drawings and specification and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of existing chain link fencing including dismembering, labours, scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials within 500m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials within lead of 5KM from the guest house premises by mechanical transport etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing C.P. teak wood patti (lipping) of sizes mentioned below around door & window frames at all floors & locations with necessary screws including two coats of painting with one coat of approved primer including cost of screws, wastages in cutting, transportation etc. including removing the old damaged beading and disposing off the same complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying at all floors & levels first quality matt finish ceramic tiles of 6mm minimum thickness as specified by the manufacturer of M/S. Providing & fixing laying/fixing in position 18 mm thick machine polished granite slabs of Jet black colour and quality including machine / hand cut, polishing, buffing the edges all in line, level, (Curvature corners if required) in cement mortar 1:3 (Using Reday Mix Mortar), 20mm thick, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, complete in platforms,partitions, salves, wash basin, cills, jambs, facia including dismantling the existing marble platform etc. complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Exposed surface on Elevation & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. Overlapping & edges etc. shall not be measured.

Providing and fixing following thickness of clear float/ frosted / Bajara sheet glass of M/S Triveni/ shree vallabh/ IAG/Modi guard/ Saint Gobin or other approved equivalent manufacture and fixing with Aluminium frame work (door/ window) including fixing aluminium channel beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/ gasket accommodated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws etc., all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supplying & fixing in position at all floors and location 25mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in the form of flush finished door shutter manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. ( Ex-cel sheet), M/s. Rajshri plastiwood or approved equivalent of white/approved colour solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine and homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recess for hinges, providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate including providing an opening of size (200 mm X 150 mm) / (300 mm X 200 mm) or as shown in the drawing wherever required for providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening with S. S. screws, fixing shutters in position to granite/ steel frames (Frame shall be paid separately under relevant item) at all floors by cutting / planing required if any, fixing with wooden packing pieces if required, including finishing all edges smooth with mixture of PVC powder & solvent including wastages, labours tools etc all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing chemical based water proofing of Indofil Chemical new coat of M/s Pidililte, Indofil chemicals UV resistant of approved colour as per the following procedure: Chemical properties: PH Value : 9 ( min.) Sp. Gravity : 1.035 Active solid content : 47%/mass (min) Viscosity : 17 sec (by Ford cup B-4 method) UV Resistant : Continuous 200 hr (min) a) Cleaning the surface completely with high pressure water jet pump (100 Kg./sq.cm.) cleaning to remove all dirt with wire metal brush. b) Applying a coat of Indofil MC-76 mixed with clean water in 1:4 ratio i.e., one part of MC-76 and four parts of clean water over the entire area to be treated including filling of cracks, if any with CM-1:3 with waterproofing compound. c) Applying a coat of cement bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement. d) Providing and spreading of polycon based fibrous waterproofing net for entire area of terrace including lapping as per manufacturer's specifications immediately after applying bond coat and curing. e) Applying one more bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement over the polycon based net. f) Applying two coats of flex top coats with indofil flex coat mixed with 85 parts indofil flex coat and 15 parts clen water.

PART IV-A : LT PANELS:

Design, manufacture, shop testing at works, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of floor mounting front operated front/ rear access, extensible type, complete design verified LT Switchgear Panel as per IEC 61439 with IP-42 protection, IK 10 rating and form 3b separation. suitable for use at 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system, and to withstand a fault level as specified in SOQ. All switchboards shall have provision for entry of cables from the top/bottom as required. The powder coating colour shade for LT Panels shall be as follows:- (1.) Panels fed from normal power supply - RAL 7035. (2.) Panels fed from DG power supply - (Emergency) other shade as per instructions of EIC. Note: (1) All G.A. & fabrication drawings shall be got approved from the E.I.C. Final painting of panel to be done with powder coating. Necessary touch up may be done at site, incase if required. The scope includes all tests as specified in relevant I.S. and as directed by E.I.C. (2) The equipment shall be designed to ensure complete safety during operation inspection, connection of cables etc. (3) The size of the earth bus chosen shall be to withstand full fault current as specified at 415V. (4) All the current transformers are resin cast type class-1 only. (5) Scope includes cable end boxes, reverse entry boxes as per site conditions and extension of bus bars as required for terminating the number of cables as per schematic diagram. (6) G.A. & detailed fabrication drawing and short circuit forces and temp rise calculation for panel including the panel fabricator shall be submitted for dept. approval. (7) Bimetallic washers to be used for all aluminium to copper joints wherever required & it shall be of approved make & quality. (8) All MCCB feeders shall have 'ON', 'OFF', 'Auto trip'. ACB feeders shall have 'ON', 'OFF', 'Auto trip' and 'spring charge' indications. (9) Scope includes the cutting of M.S.chequered plate trench covers to require size after installation of Panel. (10) All ACBs shall be provided with microprocessor based LSIG protection release. (11) The scope also includes removal of the exisitng panel and take away of the dismantled material as per instruction of EIC. Suitable rebate for the same can be considered.

The neutral busbar shall have 100 % capacity. Fire Alarm system (FAS) Design,supply,installation,testing & commissioning of analogue addressable type fire alarm system as per relevant Indian Standard specifications and conforming with relevant specifications of fire authorities of local Municipal Corporation, and as directed by E-I-C and consisting of the following: Note. 1) The work shall be carried out by licensed agency complying local State Fire safety statutes. 2)Scope includes submission of factory test report of detectors,break glass and hooters and main panel and final inspection at site. 3)Make of all the components of FAS shall be same. 4) The Panel shall be suitable for networking using open technologies such as TCP/IP, Rs 485,modbus. 5) The scope also includes dismantling and removal of the exsiting devices and take away of the same as per instruction of EIC. Suitable rebate shall be considered for the same.

Multisensor Detectors : Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Intelligent addressable smoke detector unit working on multisensor detection technology with optical , heat detector sensor with inbuilt fault isolator complete with base as required & as per instructions of EIC.

Rate of Rise Heat Detectors (Thermal Detectors): Supply ,installation,testing & commissioning of Analog Addressable Heat Detectors with solid state design with sensing element combination of fixed type and rate of riseof temperature indicating LED, mounting base etc. as per detailed Specification.

Fire Alarm Panel : Design,supply,installation,testing & commissioning of Analogue addressable microprocessor controlled Fire Alarm Control Panels, capable of being IP networked to the central monitoring System connecting through optical Fiber cable network to monitor and integrate above quantity of accessories like detectors, MCP's/loop power sounder/control modules, Fault Isolation Modules, Loop powered hooters, response indicators, fire/fault indicators,audio-visual signals, central processing units, complete with LED visual indicators, alpha-numeric display and audible alarm both for fire & fault, mains ON indication,test & reset provisions. Each loop should provided with minimum 125 detectors /devices. The panel shall include integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells (max 24V) with appropriate AH capacity, as per IS requirement with integral battery charger, wire way box , if required ,front openable lockable cover with front glass etc. complete as required and as per specification & instructions of EIC. PART V:- HVAC WORKS

VRV/F Outdoor Units Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of air cooled VRV/F outdoor units working on R-410 A/CFC Free refrigerant. The system shall be suitable to operate on 3 phase, 380-415 V, 50 Hz AC supply and shall comprise of all inverter based scroll compressors, conforming to the technical specification. The outdoor units of VRV/F system should be compatible with RoHS Directive. It should be compatible with all type of indoor units like cassettee units, Hi-wall units, False ceiling mounted units, TFA units, floor mounted units etc. The outdoor units should consist of VRV/F combination as per manufacturer std. air cooled condenser with each unit comprising 2 or 3nos High COP Compressors of which all should be a Variable Speed Scroll compressor, condenser fans which have high external static Pressure of upto 78.4Pa with fan grill, fan motor & controls. The Outdoor units should also include microprocessor control panel, internal control and power wiring, internal interconnecting refrigerant pipes, charging ports, system required standard refrigerant charge, high efficiency heat exchange coil, oil seperator, accumulator and all other required accessories, hardwares shall be enclosed in a single enclosure(s). The entire unit shall have weather resistant powder coating paint for withstanding all ambeint conditions for continous operation and the units shall operate at lower noise levels of approx. 70 dB(A). It shall have ease of maintenance by incorporating Automatic Test Function, Memory Function for operational data and centrally controlled as per cooling zones. Please refer additional notes.

Cassette Type (Round Flow) Indoor units Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following air cooled VRF/VRV type all directional round flow DX split ceiling mounted cassette type indoor air conditioning unit of following capacity for mounting inside false ceiling confirming to the technical specification of VRF/VRV system and compatible with above Outdoor units. It should comprise of cooling coil, blower with multi speed motor, electronic expansion valve, supply & return air grilles, filters, insulated connection of refrigerant circuit, condensate water drain pump with electronic level sensor including cordless remote controllers & installation from ceiling with all required supports, anchor fastners hardwares, interconnecting refrigerant copper piping, support etc. All as per technical specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Refrigerant piping Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the insulated refrigerant piping between outdoor unit to indoor units as per the manufacturer standard. The insulation shall be of 19 mm/25 mm (depending on pipe size) thick Nitrile rubber class O through out the running length of suction refrigerant piping. The piping shall be laid in shaft, walls/roof/ceiling well supported at specific intervals with wooden batten / mettallic supports and screwed with anchor fasteners for the following sizes of refrigernat piping. The piping laid in open to sun light is to be provided with anti-sun rays coating and the pipes are to be covered with 22 SWG GI ducting suitably and with easy removal facility. All refrigerant pipng shall be covered with 26 G Aluminum cladding. All the refrigerant pipelines in terrace shall be installed on MS hot dip galvanized Tray.

It should have minimum three connections (one inlet and two outlets). Each refrigerant joints sets should form combinedly of suction and discharge line i.e. two nos. of refrigerant joints per set.

uPVC Drain Piping for Indoor units Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of drain piping consisting of Sch. 40 uPVC pipes (pressure rating - 10kg/sq.cm) and insulated with 13 mm Thk. tubular nitrile rubber insulation of following sizes insulated with 9mm nitrile rubber of class O with necessary accessories and adequate supports as per drawings and specifications.

Communication cables Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of stranded copper 2C x 1.5 sq.mm screened sheilded communication cabling to have interface between outdoor units / controller to individual indoor units, including clamping and supporting as per standard specifications.

PVC Conduit Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of PVC Conduit of 100 mm x 50 mm for the purpose of housing insulated copper piping and control as well as communication cables between ODUs and IDUs, as per drawings and as instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Central Remote controllers Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of central remote controller as per specification corded controller for each coolig zone / floor to perform the following for Indoor units on each floor; A) Temperature of air in the room / area served by indoor units. B) Indication of no. of indoor and outdoor units working. C) ON/OFF condition of indoor units. D)Malfunction code display. E) Airflow volume & direction control.
