Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item Code HPPWD SR 2020-Chapter 15.56)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan),including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,within a lead of 50m. Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan),including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,within a lead of 50m. Excavating Trenches of required width for pipes,cables,etc including excavation for sockets,and dressing of sides,ramming of bottoms,depth upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil,and then returning the soil as required,in layer by ramming,watering,etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed,within a lead of 50 m :(Item Code HPPWD-SR 2020-2.10.1.2).

Filling available exacavated earth (excluding rocks) in trenches,plinth,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm depth ,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering,lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5 m. (Item code HPPWDSR 2020 - CHAPTER 2.25)

Providing,laying,jointing and testing GMS bend (IS:1239:2004) of medium class from Parent Pipe various Degree od 150mm Dia & Flange conforming to IS specifications capable to withsatand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS Code. The welding of flanges should conform to IS 816-1969with electrodes as per IS:814-1991and required number of nuts & bolts conforming to IS:1364.The thickness of gasket not less than 3.00mm conforming to IS:2712-1998.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Laying, Testing & Jointing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984, PE-80 and jointing the pipes through push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines upto 110 mm diameter and butt fusion (heat fusion process) above 110 mm diameter i/c necessary fittings,bends,tees & reducers fabricated in accordance with IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provded as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required confirming to code IS 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & Bolts.Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c at site upto entire satisfaction of engineer-n charge.

Providing & Making Gabion Structure with Mechanically Wooven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire Mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS:16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500,of required size,Mesh Type 10x12(D=100MM with tolerance of 2%) Zinc=PVC coated,Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm,mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist,tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm (ID OD),supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes,filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm,as per drawing,all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Item Code HPPWDSR 2020 Chapter 16.94)

Providing Rubber jointing gasket in 150 mm GI Pipe.The Thickness of gasket not less than 3.00mm conforming to IS:2712-1998.The work shall be done as per entire satisafction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufactures specifications including appropriate priming coat, prepration of surface, etc. complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
