Construction of Tube Well up to 100 mtr. depth in all type of rocks by DTH system & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils & over burden including lowering of casing pipes, (if required) excluding cost of casing pipes, as per IS:2800 Part 1:1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a through out bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. Nominal bore 150 mm dia.

Add 15% extra on above item for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr. and up to 200 mtr. rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100 mtr. and up to 200 mtr.

Supply and fixing of tube well cover of M.S. sheet (6mm thick) with nuts and bolts complete for casing size: 150 mm dia

Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS: 4270/1992) of grade Fe410 of following nominal bore sizes at site of work. 150 mm dia

SITC of Radial / mixed flow ISI marked water and anti-corrosive liquid filled submersible motor pump sets suitable for 100/150mm dia borewell. The size of adopter fixed on top of the motor should exceed the top of coupler, for safe gaurd the coupler. The construction material of motor and pump should match IS: 8034 : 2018 and IS: 9283 guideline. The radial flow pump set should operate at 5 star energy efficiency level of BEE and mixed flow pump set should operate at 3 star energy level of BEE, accompained by valid BEE certificate. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS:12615:2011 with required accessories including making connection suitable for Bore well. The job includes labour part of lowering of riser pipe G.I./ H.D.P.E. with rope, cables & pump, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to Starter. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect.

OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. Supply and Fixing of Electric feeder panel (having projected canopy) for submersible pump set Single phase up to 5 HP, comprising of DOL Starter, MCB, Indicating Light, Ammeter, Volt meter, connection plate, condensers of approved make and the panel enclosure should be made out from 18 gauge M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel size Height 600 mm width 500 mm depth 250 mm with Stand (made of angle iron of size 35×35×5mm) duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs, each leg’s length 18" and double door including in built locking system. The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete platform. The size of CC platform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The operation of panel should be suitable for on 240 Volt AC Supply.

Supply & Fixing of ISI marked three core PVC flat submersible cable as per IS 694:1990 or amended up to date and conductor as per class 5 of IS 8130:1980 including making connection etc. 3 core 6.0 Sq.mm

Supply & Fixing XLPE insulated / P.V.C. sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductor Armoured of IS:7098-I/1554-1 approved make in ground as per IS:1255 including excavation of 30cm×75cm size trench, 25 cm thick under layer of sand, second Class bricks covering, refilling earth, compaction of earth, making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size. 10.0 Sq.mm, 4 core

Plate Earthing as per IS:3043 with copper Earth plate of purity >95% of size 600mm × 600mm × 3.0mm by embodying 3 mtr. below the ground level with 20 mm dia G.I. 'B' class watering Pipe, including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed funnel, and Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth pit chamber with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 5000 Kg or more of size Top Dia. 225 to 260 mm, Bottom Dia 300 to 350 mm. and Height 250 to 300 mm. and embodying the pipe complete with alternate layers salt and coke/ charcoal, testing of earth resistance for value of 5 ohms or less as required & must record by engineer in-charge during site visit and ensure to enter in measurement book.
