Material & labour for unscrewing body parts of fans of any make/brands and description and opening of the stator & rotor of following sizes of fans and taking out down rod canopy, shackle, condenser housing with rubber reel bushes, ball bearing, metal bush and carry out repairs as directed and as required as under:- (a). M&L for opening the stator & rotor of the 1200mm / 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan cutting the exsisting worn winding & rewinding the fan with superior quality rewinding wire & filling the varnish as insulation between each winds & covering each loops of winding by sleeves & paper & reassembling of complete fan by fixing servicable old and new parts of fans i.e. rubber bush of condensor & shackle housing , condensor, gun metal bushes, ball bearings twin twisted copper cable down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing & canopy ,split pins complete all as per manufacturers design air delivery including greasing,oiling & testing of fans all as per manufacturers design & speed, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge & approved for 1200mm/1400mm sweep.

Notes:- (i). The quoted unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking out defective parts and fixing of new parts. All new parts shall be measured and paid vide relevant items of the schedule. (ii). The rates for refixing & taking out servicable parts shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rates. (iii). New parts shall be of respective makes of fans. (iv). The quoted unit rates shall also include writing of MES No of fans. (v). Unservicable / defective retrived parts shall be credited vide sch of creidt. (vi). After assembling all fans shall be tested for the speed as directed. (vii). All the fans are laying in store yard of AGE E/M and shall be repaired at store yard only.

Supply & Fix in repair elctronic Fan regulator 400 watt step type heavy duty .Make: Havells,CG,Indo Asian/ Legrand/ Anchor/ Gold Medal

Supply and fix in repair GI U clamp heavy duty rubber reel of superior quality and nut and bolts with locking arrangement complete all as specified.

Supply only PVC canopy cover superior quality all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge

M&L for cleaning the fan motor assembly body,blade of ceiling fan, filling the cavity & painting with existing colour the ceiling fan with one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying appratus and spraying process including writing the MES number on the ceiling fans of 1200mm /1400 mm sweep with black colour synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Supply only bearing No 6201 or existing size & No at site for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fans. Make NBC, SKF

Supply only capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD dry type.make: Amcap/Epscon/ Tibcon

All as per Srl item No 8 here-in-before but upto 4mfd. Make Amcap/ Epscon/ Tibcon

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan.

S&F Clamp nut , bolt including safety pin for ceiling fan including taking down old pin.

Taking down old unserviceable rusted extaust fan shutter and supply and fixing shutter of size 225 to 450 mm sweep directed by engr- in- charge.

Making round/ square hole cutting in the kitchen wall with the help of cutting machine / chisel / hammer etc for fixing of exhaust fan of size 225 mm to 300 mm & making good to the distrubed surface including plaster, distumper , white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Checking serviceability of all ceiling fans/ exhaust fan in each quarter and checking clamps nut, bolts, pins are in healthy condition If any problem in any items will be noted down by electrician and informed concerned JE E/M and rectify the problem next day/ as soon as possible. All items will be measure and paid seperately all as directed by Engr -in-charge

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc to be measured separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductors 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC pipe /Casing capping of size not less than 20 / 25 mm dia including PVC bend, tee joints etc as per site requirement , ISI marked with accessories fixed on wall/ceiling/truss etc with PVC non metallic ISI marked terminal boxes/ modular boxes surfacing on wall including one FRLS PVC insulated & sheathed multistranded green colour copper conductor 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth as earth dolly for :- Make:- Havells/ Gloster/ Polycab/ Finolex

(a) One ceiling fan point/ light point controlled with one 5A switch

(b) One exhaust fan point controlled with one 5A switch

Supply and fix Modular Switch, 6Amp, One way, 1 module. Make : Legrand (Arteor)/Havells (Coral)/Gold Medal Electrical Pvt Ltd (NIXON).

Supply and fix support function blank plate single, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Modular type, electronic fan regulator (5 step), 450 Watts, 230 volts, 2 module complete all as specified and directed . Make : Legrand (Arteor)/Havells (Coral)/Gold Medal Electrical Pvt Ltd (NIXON).

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface bakelite with ISI mark, flush type with ISI mark three terminals complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Modular metal flush box 1/2 module including cutting and chassing complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand (Arteor)/Havells (Coral)/Gold Medal Electrical Pvt Ltd (WEGA)
