NSI 1584 Description: Providing and laying 40 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100- 120 TPH batch type TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, coarse aggregate of nominal size 11.2 mm grade – I and coarse sand of size 2.80mm to 90 micron, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @5.40% percent by weight of mix and cement filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying [ as per 501.5.3 to 501.5.4] with a sensor paver & with finisher of sensor paver will be minimum 7 M wide and rolling with road roller and vibratory roller with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers [ as per MORT &H clause 501.6 & 501.7] to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT & H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect. (40mm thick), giving density not less than 2.40 gm/cc to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Hiring of one No. tractor trolley including diesel/lubricant & maintenance and along with 10 Nos. Beldar with kassi & basket etc, for eight hours Working for lifting of material GSB/ construction material waste/metal/earth etc & filling in tractor trolley complete and filling of potholes manually by labour as per site requirement of material at site. Including all the charges, taxes and contractor profit etc, complete in all respect, and entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Hiring of 1 no. of JCB for lifting of GSB/metal/building waste material/earth and filling in trolley including operator and Diesel etc. Complete in all respect (8 hours per day)

Hiring of 1 no. Dumper for lifting of GSB/metal/building waste material/earth and filling in trolley including operator and Diesel complete in all respect to disposal off to a suitable location (8 hours per day)

Providing and fixing coloured ceramic (tacktile ), tile ground surface of size 300 x 300 mm of approved make for guiding /direction /warning / warning to the visually impaired visitor in the centre /side of the pedestrain /approach pathway as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tile as per design /specification and guidlines completion all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In- Charge. Note :- The tiles shall be premium quality (1st Quality ) of reputed manufacturer like RAK, PAVIT, POLYCON & amp JONHONSONS
