Repairing patch with doubling works of slanting ,side plates, C.G.I. Sheet works, fencing works etc. and blocking and painting works of Small Hatch Steel Barge at Sitahati-III Major RLI Center Under Katwa(AM) Sub-Division of Purba Bardhaman District under Executive Engineer(AM) Burdwan (AM) Division during the Financial Year 2025-26 under Non plan. Shifting of barge to a suitable working site or place from the R.L.I. site and blocking of the barge by area clearance, earth cutting, winching, jacking, planking, block fixing and un-jacking and placing of the R.L.I. site including tools and plants for blocking. Removing the pump set installed on the barge from the foundation including disconnection, removal of suction and delivery assemblies from the barge to a secured place and re-fitting of the same properly after the maintenance of the barge. (WRDD SOR chapter 7.0,Item no-2,page-3 of dated 04.08.21)

Opening straightening and refitting of plates, angles, purlines, trusses, bollard, expanded metal / B.R.C. net, winch etc. as required and as per direction of E-I-C. (b) Small Hatch Barge (22'-0" × 10'-0" × 4'-6") (WRDD SOR chapter 7.0,Item no-3 (b), page-3 of dated 04.08.21)

Patch/Doubling works complete with 5 mm M.S. plate including welding, gas cutting, fitting, fixing complete. (WRDD SOR chapter 7.0,Item no-4(a),(b) & (c), page-3 of dated 04.08.21)

Supplying , fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150 grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheet work having minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile of approved make (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 55 mm & 25 mm self tapping screw, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm th. washer etc. complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work). (i)In Roof:- a) With 0.5 mm thick sheet [Item No. 14, Page 82 of PWD Schedule].

Aluminium sheet ridging fitted with self tapping screws, EPDM washers etc complete.(Minimum 225mm end lapping).(A) 300 mm lapping each way (b) With 0.91 mm sheet.[Item No. 18, Page 84 of PWD Schedule].

Supplying, fitting, fixing in position netting with PVC Coated Crinkle mesh of approved colour with wooden or steel or concrete frame work including cost of galvanised bolts, nuts, screws, nails, spacers, shape welding etc complete but excluding the cost of supporting frame works, battens etc. (c) 50 mm. x 50 mm. x 8 g.

Supplying 1.5 mm (16 SWG) M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./W.I. gate etc. with point welding not more than 150 mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials. ( WRDD SOR Chapter 7.0, Item. 7).

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. angle (Size : 50 mm × 50 mm × 6 mm) including gas cutting etc. (WRDD SOR Chapter 7.0, Item. 8 (b)).

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. flat bar 40mm × 6 mm for straightening the B.R.C. net including gas cutting etc.

(a) Cost of Doors (6'-0'' x 3'-0'') by point welding with B.R.C. net (75 mm x 25 mm x 10 SWG), 50 mm x 6 mm M.S. flat bar, 6'' hings 4 pcs. 10'' hasp bolts - 2 nos. Etc . Complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. (WRDD SOR chapter 7.0,Item no-13(a) , page-4 of dated 04.08.21)

Chipping, scraping, wire brushing and cleaning of the painted surface for keel, hull, frame, superstructure deck, fender both inside and outside as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Small Hatch Barge (total area 255 m2 approx.). (WRDD SOR Chapter 7.0, Item. 12.0 (b)).

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.(WRDD SOR chapter 7.0,Item no-14(a) , page-4 of dated 04.08.21)

Painting one coat on steel work with Zinc Phosphate PRIMER of approved make and brand(min Dry Film Thickness (DFT) 50 micron) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications, including smoothening surfaces by sand paper etc. for removal of old painting. (WRDD SOR chapter 7.0,Item no-14(d) , page-5 of dated 04.08.21)

(c) Painting with Acrylic Polyurethane paint Two or more coat of approved make and brand (Minimum Dry Film Thickness [DFT] 100 micron) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications. [On steel surface]. (WRDD SOR Chapter 7.0, Item. 14.0 (e)).

(d) Painting with best quality Coal Tar Epoxy paint (min coating thickness 200 micron) of approved make and brand at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including preparation of surface, etc.complete. on steel surface - 2 coats (with any shade except white) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (WRDD SOR Chapter 7.0, Item. 14.0 (f)).

Transportation charges for carrying of all the materials, working devices etc. upto the scheme and back. (WRDD SOR Chapter 7.0, Item. 15.0).

Painting block letters or digits in Black Japan or any approved paint as per direction f) Size above 10 cm. and upto 12.5 cm. (Vide Page no.268, item no. 17 of PWD Schedule)
