REPAIR TO GI CHARPOYS (FD - 220) Removing the existing unserviceable nylon newar from GI charpoy and tighting of the frame of GI Charpoys and supply and fixing of 12mm thick ply wood commercial, BWR Grade ISI Marked of size 1980mm x 900mm and rounded edges on four corners with GI bolts and nuts 6mm dia 75mm long with washers (3mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per GI charpoy (03 each on both long rails and 2 Nos of each on both short rails) and fixing complete including supply and fixing of 02 Nos flat iron 40mm width x 5mm thick x 880mm length to be placed over long rails (Flat Iron to be placed between plywood and long rails and to be fixed with the same bolt and washers mentioned above) . The ends of flat iron should be grind smoothly and apply two coat of enamel paint black over a coat of metal primer for entire flat iron all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI and supply and fixing in position new 1950mm long rail made out of 32 mm GI pipe including necessary curring, threading complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Cutting and threading for short rail of size 830mm from long rail retrieved from srl item No. 117.00 here-in-before and fixing in position after recoving old unserviceable short rail of charpoy GI including necessary threading, cutting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and threading 390mm long leg of GI charpoy out of short rail retrieved from srl item No. 117.00 here-in-before and welded 3mm mild steel plate on bottom side and fixing in position after removing of broken leg complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

Taking out old unserviceable elbow and supply and fixing new 32mm dia three way elbow ISI marked.

Taking out old unserviceable check nut and supply and fixing new 32mm dia check nut ISI marked.

Repairs to Table Steel Office Officers, Table office clerk, Table Drafts men FD-1004, FD-1003 and FD-303 (a) Taking out defaced surface and welding of broken portion and matching the surface by applying synthetic enamel paint of existing of colour and shape including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Taking out unserviceable top from table and supply and fixing new top made of 18mm thick particle board adhered with 1mm thick laminated sheet and duly fixed with bolts and nuts complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Chair steel tubular with arms FD-75 M&L for removing wooden hand rest, seat and back from chair steel tubular with arms, derusting of steel surfaces with fine sand paper, leveling the surface by filling putty whenever required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint OG colour by hand brush or as directed including polishing to wooden surfaces by applying french polish of existing shades and refixing the hand rest, seat and back by tightening the screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Chair CB Steel with Arms and without Arms FD- 75 (a) Removing / taking out carefully of old existing unserviceable / broken seat of chair CB Steel with Arms of any description, in any position and replacement of the same with new seat duly canning, cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick gola type, wooden surfaces of seat shall be painted with high gloss black paint. Wood for seat shall be made first class hard wood (teak wood) complete all as shown on drawing and directed, painting of new existing portion by Engineer - in - Charge.

(b) Removing / taking out carefully of old existing unserviceable / broken back of chair CB Steel with Arms of any description, in any position and replacement of the same with new back duly canning, cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick gola type, wooden surfaces of seat shall be painted with high glossy black paint. Wood for seat shall be made first class hard wood (teak wood) complete all as shown on drawing and directed.

(c) Removing / taking out carefully of old existing unserviceable / broken seat of chair CB Steel without Arms of any description, in any position and replacement of the same with new seat duly canning, cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick gola type, wooden surfaces of seat shall be painted with high glossy black paint. Wood for seat shall be made first class hard wood (teak wood) complete all as shown on drawing and directed.

(d) All as per item No 126.00 here-in-before but replacement of Arm rest with supply and fixing new arm rest made out of Ist class hard wood (teack wood) wooden surfaces of Arm Rest shall be painted with high gloss black paint complete all as shown on drawing and directed.
