Earth work excavation in all soils including slush and silt under water requiring the aid of basket and vessels and forming cable trench and cable duct at road crossing 60cm wide and 150cm deep (clear) including cost of providing sign boards, danger lights, indication arrangements, Reflective tapes wherever necessary and providing shoring and strutting arrangements wherever necessary, all lead, lift, labour, tools & plants, etc., compete including bailing out of water.

Dismantling clearing away carefully the materials irrespective of thickness of Brick masonry inside the cable trench and free from debris and without Cable laying work. Including cost of labour, hinderence to the initial lead,lifts,labour,tools and Plants , complete

Transporting and clearing the excess excavated earth and debris than and there and as soon as immediately to avoid any hinderance to normal flow of traffic and publicf beyond a distance of 5km from the work spot as per the direction of Engineer at site including loading and unloading charges etc., complete.

Laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm using HBG (MB) including cost of all materials, lead, lift and labour, etc., complete and as per std.specification.

Supplying and laying 160mm dia of 6 kg/cm2 PVC pipe including labour for transporting the PVC pipes, laying in position, cutting and jointing the pipe,tying with 7/20SWG G.I.wire inside the pipe and closing the ends with end cap including cost of pipe, specials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and laying 110mm dia of 6 kg/cm2 PVC pipe including labour for transporting the PVC pipes, laying in position, cutting and jointing the pipe,tying with 7/20SWG G.I.wire inside the pipe and closing the ends with end cap including cost of pipe, specials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and Laying RCC cover slab of size 600x500x50mm including labour for loading, unloading, stenciling and placing in position carefully as required at site, cost of slab, all labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Bailing out water from cable trench and duct while excavating and also while laying cable using 5HP diesel pump including cost of fuel, operator etc., complete.

Providing Barricading works for laying cables using Steel barricade with green barricade Construction safety nets continuously without gap inclusive material cost,labour charges and removal charges after completing the work etc complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing joint chamber BW in CM 1:6 using second class chamber burnt bricks including cost of all materials labour lead lift curing etc complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12 mm thick for joint bay chamber wallls including cost pf all materials labour lead lift curing etc complete.

Providing of HDPE pipe of 200 mm dia wall thickness 10mm(PE100 grade-PN10),6 Kg per cm2 with spigot and socket end by trench less method 2.5m to 3m below the ground level in all soil including shoring and shuttering and driving the horizontal bore by pushing /jacking method ( trenchless technology method) without affecting any highway installations and other service lines. The rate includes the provision of drive pit, entry pit, exit pit as required and removing the soil from the pipe, cost of jointing the pipe with fusion method tying and providing 7/20 SWG GI wire inside the pipe and closing the ends by end cover etc. complete or by any other suitable method as the site condition may warrant as approved by the Engineer at site. All the tools and plants ie machinery, labour and materials are to be provided by the contractor/ tenderer) excluding the cost of HDPE pipe.

Providing HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia wall thickness 10mm with spigot and socket end by trenchless by HDD method 2.5m to 3m below the ground level without affecting any highway installations and other service lines. The rate includes the provision of drive pit, entry pit, exit pit as required and removing the soil from the pipe, cost of jointing the pipe with fusion method tying and providing 7/20 SWG GI wire inside the pipe and closing the ends by end cover etc. complete or by any other suitable method as the site condition may warrant as approved by the Engineer at site. Earthing Works

Supply of earth electrode 6.00mtr. Length. With 40mm MS Rod including transport and other charges and erection of earth spikes, including cost of MS Rod 40mm,transport, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the dept.engineer at site

Labour machineries, consumables for fabrication of earth electrode 10Mtr/6Mtr length or directed by the field engineer.

Supply of MS Flat various size for earthmat & earth raisers (65 X 10MM, 50 X 8mm & etc.) including cost of transport & other incidental charges.

Labour machineries,consumables for erection of earthmat & earth raisers for outdoor termination end cable support structure, LAS, earth painting, etc as directed by the dept. engineer at site.

Providing 140/150mm dia bore including labour, lead,lift etc., including mobilization in all type of soil and erection of earth electrode, supply and providing of A Grade bentonite powder with 5% common salt mixed with available site clay soil 5kg per metre depth in earth hole as directed by the field engineer.(6+6*6)

Labour for excavation and refilling to trench of average width of 0.3m and average depth of 0.8 m earthmat and laying of below fixed lard level and of any size as required by field engineer.

Labour for painting of green enamel paint on all kind of structure earthing includingremoval of rust using wire brush and painting brush etc., including the cost of paint ( Dulex,Asian,Berger Preferred ) and other consumables as directed by the Field Engineer

Supply and providing of 600 mm mean dia,300mm height, 36mm thick cement collar for identification of earth electrode location including 1 primer and 2 coat of colour wash as directed by field engineer.

Laying of 1x630 sq.mm 110 kV XLPE UG cable in trench and duct by means of winch, rollers provided by the contractor, dressing the cable in tri-foil formation, tying the cable with nylon rope at every 3m intervals along with erection of ADSS cable. The rate includes the cost of loading of winch, rollers from Contractors Pocket store using truck mounted cranes, transporting to site by means of low bed trailor, unloading at site using truck mounted crane, positioning of winxh, rollers and cable drums in its position, pulling the steel wire rope from winch side to drum side, hire charges of all required machineries, tools & Plants, all labour, consumables, Lead, Lift etc., complete.

Providing of Watch and Ward (Unskilled) at site as instructed by site engineer incharge
