Repair to bathroom tiles, sanitary fittings, internal water supply, roof treatment and other BR works of Zone-II under GE (A) Jaisalmer

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/bath and toilet executed in the following stages :- Stage 1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris outside MD land etc complete. Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit or its equivalent make as approved in the proporation/quantity all as per manufacturer's instrucitons. Stage 3:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric liquid membrane of Dr Fixit or by brush application of STP or its equivalent make as approved (The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 8 hours before application of next coat) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 4: Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit or its equivalent make as approved in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacturer's instructions.

Item No. 1.00 Contd... Stage 5: All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and shalicrete R of STP Ltd or integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit or its equivalent make as approved all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 20mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any. Stage 7: Carry out ponding test for 72 hours to ensure water tightness of rapaired sunken portion. Stage 8: Sunken floor shall be filled with lean cement concrete PCC (1:5:10) type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) after satisfactory passing of above mentioned treatment by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of stone masory surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone masory surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material and labour for 05 mm thick rendering in ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall externally and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying three coat of white wash (lime) surface of ceiling including preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coat oil bound distempering over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thk PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floors & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Non Skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F vitrified ceramic tiles light shade /double charged/ultra charged as directed, 10mm thick (square /rectangular) , coloured, polished ,area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm ( actual size of tile shall be 600x 600x8mm thick), in floors etc. set with and incl provison of suitable chemical adhesive of 3mm thickness (usage of adhesive shall not be less than 3 Kg/ sqm ) and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles & floor tiling incl chemical complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Endura ceramic tiles exterior grade 300 x 300 x 10mm including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair Bib tap cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed 15mm dia complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair 20mm stop cock cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends or for unions etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 5cm Sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone flooring 550 x 550x 20 to 25mm thk laid over cement screed bed jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing &mirror polishing including over a screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thk in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
