Material and Labour for mild steel TMT bars 6-8mm dia for stirrups cut to length bent to shape repaired, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete set in cement mortar 1:6 Type C1 1:3:6. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel Fe-410-w (grade E-250) quality A framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C2(using 40mm Graded stone aggregate) as in pavement /plinth protection, Complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.Complete all as specified and directed.

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.Complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters "INDIAN COAST GUARD AIR ENCLAVE " in stainless steel /brass of height 20cm x 20cm in capital letter and fixing to the granite surface Complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing double layer concertina coil fencing with punched btape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre noperable lenghth (total 90m) having 50 Nos rounds as per 6 metre length, with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9m horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal incl necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T) / Sring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 Kg /Sqmm with tape (o.52mm thick) and weight 43.478gm/metre Complete all as specified and directed.(cost of MS angle CC blocks shall be paid separately)

Supply and fix Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and strainingand fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. Complete all as specified and directed.(each line wire to be measured

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to new steel surface, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface Complete all as specified and directed.
