Wheel Shop Annual Shutdown 2026, Work No. 5 (MMR).

A-Pouring crane (Rates are inclusive of GST)

1. Dismantling of CT & LT wheel assemblies. Replacement of defective CT rails and its fasteners. 2. Servicing and fitment of CT & LT wheel assemblies and repairs to end stoppers. 3. Dismantling of 'A' & 'B' frame guide rollers and strengthening of 'A' and 'B' frames. 4. Servicing/replacement of 'A' and 'B' frame guide rollers. 5. Replacement of 'A' & 'B' frame lifting arms. 6. Dismantling of all pneumatic cylinders and DC valves and fitment of serviced cylinders and 1 DC Valves. (Qty: 8 cylinders & 6 DC valves) 7. Replacement of serviced/new CT gearbox, couplings and mountings. 8. Replacement of damaged pneumatic pipeline. 9. Replacement of hoist gearbox with serviced one, bottom block and new wire rope. 10. Dismantling, servicing and fitment of riser height sensing unit. 11. Dismantling, servicing and fitment of sensing, inlet & exhaust valves. 12. Replacement of defective portion of inlet and exhaust air pipe line and bends of 4" diameter. (Approx. 8 Mtrs) 13. Testing the crane for smooth operation. 14. Cleaning and painting of entire crane with yellow paint. 15. Disposal of released material to the earmarked place.

B-Pressure pouring vessel ( Transfer car-2 Nos) (Rates are inclusive of

1. Dismantling of hydraulic pipeline and torque motors. (Total - 4 Nos) 2. Lifting of transfer car by about two foot and removal of drive and idler wheel assemblies. (Total - 8 Nos) 3. Dismantling of drive wheel assemblies from torque hub, servicing/replacement of torque hub and fitment of wheel to the torque hub with new fasteners. 4. Replacement/servicing of idler wheel bearings and fitment of idler wheel assemblies to the transfer car. (Total -4 Nos) 5. Fitment of drive wheel assemblies to the transfer car. (Total - 4 Nos) 6. Fitment of torque motors and hydraulic pipeline to drive wheel assemblies. 7. Servicing of transfer car guide rollers and repairs to transfer car track rails. 8. Servicing of floating ring tensioners. (Total 6 Nos) 9. Replacement of working platform above cover clamp cylinders. 10. Replacement of cable drag chains. 11. Check for smooth operation of both Pressure pouring vessels. 12. Replacement of defective anchors and provision of ceramic fibre blanket for operators working platform. 13. Painting of pressure pouring vessels with two coats of Aluminium paint. 14. Disposal of released material to earmarked place.

C- Special cranes (Wheel transfer crane1 & 2, Splitter crane 1 & 2, Close

1. Dismantling of mould lifting/clamp arms, guides & cylinders. 2. Repairs to clamp arms, servicing/replacement of clamp arm guides. 3. Replacement of lift & clamp cylinders with serviced / new ones. 4. Repair and strengthening of lift arm guide supports. 5. Repair/ Replacement 1 of defective CT rails. 6. Servicing/ Repair of lifting arm. 7. Dismantling of carriage wheel assemblies and gear box of CT trolley. 8. Fitments of serviced/new carriage wheel assemblies and gearbox of CT trolley. 9. Servicing / Repair of wheel / Mould clamp arrangement. 10. Servicing / Repair of riser breaking unit of Wheel transfer cranes. 11. Cleaning & Painting of structures with yellow paint 12. Disposal of released material to earmarked place.
