M&L for excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 m deep for fdn etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in fdn filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block of cement concrete C-1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement will be measured and paid for separately. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1using 20mm graded agg as in coping incl weathering, silightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating as all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel n.exc, 90 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, mounds, mittred/stopped end etc. all as specified and directed.

M & L providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs,(for manhole) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required incl hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as directed and specified.

S&F for framed work such as gate, grills gratings flat iron,angle iron MS Sheet etc. with ends of bars shouldered and rivited or forged into spikes framed guard bar barred iron doors and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2,200mm laid and jointed complete with or without collars all as directerd.

M&L for cement concrete type E2 1:5:10 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in back filling the gap between drain wall and earth all as specified & directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
