Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow GI tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete in all respects as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a)Hot finished seamless type tubes
Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). 2 mm thick corrugated (2.5" or 4.2" or 6") or step-down (2" or 3" or 6" ) as specified
Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, fixing and dismantling of 200 micron Uv stabilized clear, anti dust, anti drip, IR thermic and 90% transparency polythene film for roofing / walling, over existing GI pipe profile with drilling screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (GI profile will be paid for separately).
Providing, fixing and dismantling of Insect net 40 Mesh for walling over existing GI pipe fixed to GI profile with drilling screw etc in the opening of poly house complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, fixing and dismantling of GI profile with zig zag wire over existing GI pipe to fix the UV stabilized sheet / shading net / insect net with drilling screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
