Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and fixing of ms angle 40x40x6 in rectangular cutouts for base of angular frame coated with red oxide primer and 2 coats of enamel paint of Berger brand.

Proving and fixing MS Flat 35x6 below angle in cutout coated with red oxide primer and 2 coats of enamel paint of Berger brand of approved shade.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing ms rectangular hollow pipes 40x40x3mm coated with red oxide primer and 2 coats of enamel paint of Berger brand.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Supply and fixing of PPGL corrugated roofing sheet 1mm thick 1000mm wide ISI approved with zinc coating to be screwed with Hilux screw (Patta Company Make).

Proving and Fixing GI Chain Link Fabric Fencing of required height mesh size 50x50mm ISI approved 3mm thick coated with Red Oxide primer and 2 coats of enamel paint of Berger brand of approved shade.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
