Taking down from site or from E/M store yard, PVC/MS desert cooler of any size and make from bracket/ stand, spanning all three side shutters and taking out old wooden chips pad, cleaning outer and inner surface by rubbing with sand paper or wire brush, taking down of fan motor, submersible pump, diverter, fan blade, water pipe, water pump, condenser, side panels, scrapping of rusted inside of tank & body, painting of all dismantled items inside with one coat of red oxide metal primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, re-assembling of wood wool with wire mesh, complete wiring and testing including re-fixing properly at the same place as required at site all as specified and directed. Note : Spares shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for transporting from site or from E/M store yard to local workshop and back, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil/ diesel/ turpentine oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge and number of turns as recommended by the respective manufacturers, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (Cut/strip type) replacing unserviceable/ missing spare (bush, earthing, screw , upper , socket, CI block, quater /split pin (top & bottom), lock nut etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and resembling ensuring speedy and noiseless running and depositing in E/M yard or fixing at site in position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Capacitor & bearing shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only.
