Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of "KOEL GREEN" Kirloskar Genset Engine Model No. 3R1040 T G1, 42 HP Governing class G2 (As per ISO 8528 Part-V), 3 cylinder water cooled diesel oil Engine coupled with Kirloskar Make AC alternator, 3-phase, 415 Volts, 50Hz, power factor @ 0.8 designed to run at 1500 RPM 28KW/35KVA DG Set (Central pollution control board approved) CPCB norms with acoustic enclosure with complete gauge, meter, battery etc. as required. Make:- Kirloskar or equivalent.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electrode type-19, 50mm dia, length 2 mtrs (short time current -52.6 rms for 1 sec, peak-125.6) with back fill compound including providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes etc as required. Make :- RR Kabel or equivalent.

a) 3.5 core x 35 sqmm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

a) Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

a) 3½ X 35 sq. mm (32mm)

Supplying and fixing of cutout 100A/415V in the existing panel board etc as required. Make :- Havells or equivalent.
