Clearing Jungle including uprooting of vegetation,grass,bush,wood trees and sapling of girth up to 30 cm,measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m.Outside the periphery of area cleaned .

Scarifing the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres. Clause No. 3.15 (305.4.3)

Excavation of Road work in soil with hydrolic excavator 0.90 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tipper trimming bottom and site slop in accordance with requirement lime grade and cross section with all lifts and leeds upto 1000 m.Clause No. 3.6 (301).

Compaction of excavated earth received from excavation of trench and used for embankment including watering, dressing & compacting the soil to achieve 95% proctor density.(Sl No 253/253a)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and lead, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per MORT&H specification No.305

Carted earth work form 1 Km in embankment in compacted soil (95% proctor density) including royalty on earth,earth excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 m (20 inch) in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm thick layer including 1.5 m lift and 30 m lead, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per MORT&H specification No.305

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grador on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying With 1% OPC and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform Single layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Clause No. 4.12 (406).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and lead, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per MORT&H specification No.305 (for raising of patries after consolidation).

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of all type of materials,labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per MORT&H specification (2001) no.503

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expension and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregates and exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design ,laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film , wedges,steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing),spreading the concrete with shovels ,rakes,compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of complete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause (1501)

Providing and laying of factory made 80 mm thick interlocking cement concrete tiles(30mpa) including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking tiles levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope ,filling joint with fine sand including the cost of materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-20) in Open Foundation & superstructure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. Clause No. 12.8 G (1500, 1700 & 2100).

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-25) in Open Foundation & superstructure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. Clause No. 12.8 G (1500, 1700 & 2100).

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. Clause No. 12.40 (1600).

Mild steel or iron work of small size and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast,tie rods, grating etc.(When not included in over all rates)wrought to required form,including supply of steel,bolts,nuts and wastage etc. and there fixing required for proper completion of work.

Plain/Reinforce cement concrete (M-15)in open foundation complete as per Drawing and technical specification. Clause No. 12.80 (1500, 1700 & 2100).

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. Clause No. 12.5 (2100).

Supplying and Laying of Compacted 40 mm gauge brick ballast around and below Hume Pipe. (As per N.S. Item No. 6)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in superstrue as per Technical Specification. Clause no. 13.3

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications. Clause No. 13.2 (1300 & 2200).

Providing and Laying R.C.C NP-3 (350 mm dia) Hume Pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing coller with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation , protection works back filling concrete and massonary works.
