SF ACCN DWARKA, NEW DELHI M & L maintenance and servicing of 250 KVA DG set (Make-Cummins) complete including draining out of diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, flushing the sump and cleaning, replacement of gaskets, fuel filters, oil filters, air cleaner elements and the worn out parts like fuel flexible pipes, nuts, bolts, fuel line etc . filling the starting batteries with electrolyte, applying petroleum jelly in battery terminals poles, checking of voltage, amps, fuel, coolant and exhaust leakages etc tightening all the nuts and bolts to the required torque incl testing in all respect as per directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for servicing to Diesel Engine 125 KVA, 6 cylinder, 1500 RPM prime mover directly coupled with 50 HP Jokey pump for fire fighting services installed at SF accn including dismantling components cleaning ,servicing replacing fuel filters ,lube oil filters of recommended grade including checking servicing of Fuel injection pump etc re assembling all the components to its original position and servicing & maint of Jokey pump with testing and commissioning to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

Maint & servicing of 750 KVA dry power distribution transformer, 11/0.433 KV indoor type including taking out the top cover assembly with gaskets and inspect/ technical checking the windings, loose connections, condition of tap changers, gas level upto required mark terminal boards and cleaning the all dust, dirt or residues on windings or insulators through air compressor / vacuum cleaner. Cleaning the lead supports, tap changers and terminal boards through brushes/wiped with dry lint-free cloth. Technically checking the all HT & LT bushes, loose connection, replace the bushing with nuts and bolts if required. Checking the HT & LT cable jointing kit, replace the same if required. Charging of transformer and testing to entire satisfaction in all as directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for servicing to VCB 11KV installed SF6 breaker dismantling components cleaning ,servicing and overhauling ,lubricating male female contact point and trolley track, closing coil and opening coil 230volt ,checking control wiring and IDMT relays rectified defects including reassembling all the dismantle components to its original position with testing and commissioning of switch gear to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge

Decoupling pump & motor, opening the body of motor, taking out burnt/defective winding wire carefully without damaging the stator, cleaning the slot, rewinding the stator with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge along with insulating material, greasing varnishing the bearing complete all as specified and as directed for 7.5 HP capacity of motor.

Decoupling pump & motor, opening the body of motor, taking out burnt/defective winding wire carefully without damaging the stator, cleaning the slot, rewinding the stator with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge along with insulating material, greasing varnishing the bearing complete all as specified and as directed for 2.5 HP capacity of motor.

Repair & servicing to as and when required 1000 LPH RO Plant including servicing of raw water pump and high pressure pump ,rewinding of motor if required, servicing & maint of membranes, replace of high pressure switch ,low pressure switch and flow meter if required. Replace of filters and water purify chemicals required for smooth functioning of Plant etc in all complete as per directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Repair & servicing to as and when required for 500 LPH RO Plant including servicing of raw water pump and high pressure pump ,rewinding of motor if required, servicing & maint of membranes, replace of high pressure switch ,low pressure switch and flow meter if required. Replace of membrane filters and Water purify chemicals required for smooth functioning of Plant etc in all complete as per directed by Engr-In-Charge

Supply and filling of engine oil, Kirloskar super 15W40 of DG sets where directed and as specified by; the manufacturers.

Maint & servicing of 200 KVA power distribution transformer, 11/0.433 KV out door type, oil cooled including taking out the sample of transformer oil for checking the dielectric strength and acidity test of oil for the presence of moist presence of moisture, impurities etc after the dehydration including top up of transformer oil as per requirement and de-hydration (Filtration) of transformer oil through mobile filtration plant to be used to respective locations duly connecting inlet/outlet to the machine by switching off HT power supply and taking all safety precautions so as to achieve dielectric strength not less 36 to 40 KV per minute rupturing capacity and switch on supply, charging of transformer all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for replacement of capacitor of 3 mfd suitable for 1.5 ton capacity air conditioner including necessary connection with testing complete.

M&L for servicing to air conditioner split/window type of 1.5/2 ton capacity installed by disconnecting power connection and removing front PVC grills , filters cleaning washing with chemical copper condenser coil and cooling coil servicing cleaning fans including minor repair and replacement of grill filters where ever required with re assembling dismantled component to its original position with testing grill temperature to the optimum efficiency of machine to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling & taking down unserviceable sealed unit compressor from existing 1.5 ton split air conditioners of any make and replace the same by original manufacture / authorized dealer , 1.5 ton capacity sealed unit including necessary brazing and cleaning work and charging of refrigerant gas, including provision of new bushes, grommets, sleeves, washers , mounting rubbers , nuts bolts, terminal covers & clips, complete all as specified and directed with pressure testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

M&L for refrigerant gas charging in split/window type air conditioner of any make/model as per desired pressure with minor repairs to copper tubing across including pressure testing for detection of leakages, vacuumsing etc complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable fan motor with blade 1/32 Horse Power capacity suitable for water coolers 40/80 Ltr, complete all as specified and directed , Make:- AUE/Crompton

Taking out carefully old unserviceable sealed unit of make Shri Ram/ Kriloskar/Techumesh Model SR-412,4440/2612/CAJ 34 Compressor from water cooler 40/80 Ltr Capacity and replaced with factory reconditioned sealed unit from manufacture / authorized dealer of same model , after replacing the liquid line filter including oil and gas charging and necessary brazing work flushing cooling and condenser coil with CCI-4 solution including testing on pressure complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old unserviceable starter of any type and supply and fixing of starter automatic star delta 415 volt 3 phase make Havells /L&T suitable for 5 HP motor pump set in all complete

Rewinding the ceiling fan motor of 1400 mm sweep, with super enameled copper wire of appropriate guage inc replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing , greasing/oiling of bush and the bearing, replacement of missing/worn out nut,bolt &washer etc and lesting after reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed.
