Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl. cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles, light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7 mm/450x350x7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, PVC, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605 x 605mm frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminium frame work with screws fixed in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work in wall / ceiling, flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.
