Supplying the best approved quality of Primer for Exterior emulsion paint to Sathanur Dam section site whenever required during maintenance period etc., complete and as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying of best approved Quality Enamel paint for Iron Work of the Sathanur Dam section site whenever required during maintenance period including cost and conveyance of materials etc., complete and as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of chain link fencing using chain link of size 2"x2" - 10 gauge Galvanised Iron wire two play five point and fixing with RCC precast piller horizontally and vertically and tying with GI Binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.( The chain link galvanised wire should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work)

Supplying of best Quality of P.V.C flexible Hose Pipes of size 1" dia for replacing while damage to Sathanur Dam site whenever required during maintenance period including cost and conveyance of materials etc., complete and as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying conveyance of food grains to the birds a) Maize b) cholam c) Ragi d) Varukadalai when ever required upto maintenance period at cost and conveyance of materials at Dam site as dircted by departmental officers

Hire charges for illumination the entrance gate, during festival season and Hire charges for Samiyana pandal for opening ticket counter during festival Deepavali, Deepam and Pongal & New year at Dam site as directed by departmental officers.

Purchase of Garden Tools Garden Cutters etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of Grass with G2 Grass turfing (Australian Grass) at 7.5 cm c/c including watering and maintenance of the turfing area for the period of 3 month including cost of all inputs such as organic manure and fertilizers used perodiocally for top dressing (after planting of grass) chemical and mechnical pest control making it free from weeds, moving of lawn and when required labour charges for planting, mixing in the desired proporation, surface preparation, planting including lead and lift etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer.
