Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shutteirng - -including cost of cement, local stone aggregates, Pulvarised sand, all labour charges,cost of minor tools,transportation charges, GST,labour welfare cess etc complete. complete. All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 pulvarised sand and 6 graded local stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering& shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work .including cost of cement,mainland river sand, local stone agregates, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges minor tools,GST,labour welfare cess etc complete. 1:1½:3 (1 cement, 1½ Mainland river sand, 3 graded local stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing form work including centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish, strutting and propping etc. and removal of the same from reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as directed by the Engineer In Charge, including cost of cantering and shuttering, all labour charges, cost of binding materials, cost of transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of ballies, labour welfare cess, GST ,cost of minor tools etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Tor steel reinforcement for Superstructure R.C.C. work including cost of tor steel,cutting, bending, binding, and placing in position cost of binding wire, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of minor tools, hire charges of mixer machine , vibrator, labour welfare cess, GST etc complete. minor tools etc. complete.

Providing and fixing on weep hole with unplasticised, PVC pipes 50 mmdia including cost of pipe , all labour charges, labour welfare cess,GST, transportation charges of all materials to work site, scaffolding charges, cost of minor tools and plants etc. complete.

Plastering with cement mortar in 12 mm thick with 1:4 (one cement four sand) cement mortar as directed by the EIC, including cost of cement and including cost of mainland river sand, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials in work site, scaffolding charges, cost of minor tools and plants,labour welfare cess,GST etc. complete.
