Gate Structure: Supply, Fabrication and installation of Mechanized gates out of Stainless Steel SS-304 of size 4.25 x 2.6 mtr single panel, sliding with supporting structure fabricated out of MS structural steel as per the drawing provided: SS-304 rectangular hollow section (75x 40 x2 mm) SS-304 recrangular hollow section (40 x 40 x2 mm) SS-304 square bar section (25 x 25 mm) SS-304 sheet (4.25x2.45x0.0012 m) Designed SS-304 sheet (1.1 x 1.1x 0.0012 m) for logo Rollers / wheels of SS and lock arrangment. Guide channels of MS structure, ISMC 100 to be grouted in the conctete in bottomside to be painted in red oxide and metallic paint.MS Hollow section in 80 x 80 x 4 mm(2 no) as vertical support posts,Guide channels of MS structure on the top side to be painted in red oxide and metallic paint.All civil works(including dismantling of wall whereever required) requisite for installation of mechanised gate are included in the job.Material test certificate is to be provided by the firm.

Sliding Motor with Controller (IMPORTED MAKE CE Certified): Supply, Installation,Testing and Comissioning of Sliding Gate Motor with its controller for manual (Push button) and remote operation (through remote control). The motor should work on 220 V +10%,50 Hz. The capacity of motor should be enough to slide the gate of minimum 600 Kg weight. The motor is to be installed on its base which should be grouted in the concrete(civil/concrete work is to be carried out by firm). It includes providing and fixing of gear rack with box. The motor should be IP 57 rated. Integrated Limit switches to be provided for stoping the motor at appropriate position and photocells should also be provided.It should be ideal for fast operation and continuous duty.It should be possible to move the gate manually and the manual release device can be activated from the outside of the motor without removing the cover,emergency manual oveeride for operation during power failures.Speed of motor could be fixed/adjustable as per the requirement of user with a minimum speed of 10 meter per minute.Flash light to be provided indicating the operation of gate.All components and installation processes must comply with IS ,CE and ISO standards

The motor should work on 220 V +10%,50 Hz. The capacity of motor should be enough to swing the gate of minimum 200 Kg weight. The motor is to be installed on its base which should be grouted in the concrete(civil/concrete work is to be carried out by firm)The motor should be IP 57 rated. Integrated Limit switches to be provided for stoping the motor at appropriate position and photocells should also be provided.It should be ideal for fast operation and continuous duty.It should be possible to move the gate manually and the manual release device can be activated from the outside of the motor without removing the cover,Emergency manual oveeride for operation during power failures.All components and installation processes must comply with IS ,CE and ISO standards.

Gate Access Control for Sliding Gate: Proving and installation of UHF reader , single side with door controller to be mounted on the SS Pole of length as required at site(civil works required for grouting/concrete base required for ss pole is included in the job ) on one side of the gate. The reader is to be provided with access control software with remote control/receiver operation. Providing of Tags (atleast 50 No.) to be fixed on the vehicles and programing of the same with the reader.

Gate Access Control for Swing Gate: Proving and installation of IP Camera based access controller, with remote operation and push button options at gate as well alongwith card reader. The display unit of the controller is to be installed in the guard room with all controls. The lock is to be operated through access card to be provided to the FSL officials (200 No.). The job includes all the accessories for complete functioning of the system.

Gate Survillence System: Providing and installation of 2 MP ANPR bullet camera(2 N O),8 Channel NVR with rack, POE switches, CAT cable (for external use) as per site requirement, 2TB HDD, 32" display unit, Power supply and other accessories for complete functioning of the system.

Providing and fitting of 3Cx 4 sqmm armoured copper cable for providing power supply to the system.The job includes fitting of the cable on wall or as required at site.

Providing and fitting of 20 mm conduit.The job includes fitting of the conduit on the walls as per site requirement with the help of clamps.The job includes fastners and all necessary items requirted to complete the job.

Providing and fitting of 32 amp MCB 2 pole 25 ka(1 no),16 A MCB (2 no) 16 KA alongwith busbar of 32 amp (1 no) with one input and two output which shall be enclosed in a cubical box made of sheet metal,16 A busbar(1no) with one input and two output which shall be enclosed in a cubical box made of sheet metal as per the site requirement.

Comprehensive maintainence Contract (CMC) for one year of entire system post one year Defect Liability Period.
