Dismentaling of old Dog conductor and other items with proper stacking from work site to ESC Daliganj

Fabrication & erection of single pole for 33 KV line on 11 M long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamp & other acessories like 1 no. Channel cross arm, Danger board, No Plate, barbed wire etc. contractor shall provide, necessary clamps, F-Bracket etc. as per RESPO norms.

Erection of single stud pole support one ST pole 11 M long with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories required for erection.

Stringing & Sagging of three phase 33 kv line on ACSR panther conductor as per RESPO Norms.

Stringing and sagging of three nos. Earth/GI wire withh caddle guarding of above 33 kv line as per RESPO Norms. Shifting of existing line conductor of 11 Kv/LT lines to maintain proper clearence in between both lines.

Guarding of O/H Line (50 Mtr span)- Fabrication and fixing of gaurding angle on single/double Polesr as per RESSPO Norms including provision of all necessary clamps and hooks.Shifting of existing line conductor of 11 KV/LT lines to maintain proper clearence in between both Lines.(all the material arranged by contractor except steel and GI wire 6 swg)

Ordinary Earthing of pole by M.S. Earthing Rod 20x2500 mm as per Resspo Norms only earting rod provided by deptt

Extra Stay Set - Nozzillling & grouting of stay set .(all the material except stay set will be arranged by the contractor )

Grouting,Plinting and Painting of new erected 11M long ST poles of single pole support,double pole cable exposures and end type poles of 33 KV lines

Digging of Pit in kachcha/Pakka land in depth upto 1/6 length of Pole, Dragging of STP from near by place/Dump, Erection of Single pole along with stone pad in bottom with proper alignment of line for 33 KV line on 11 M long ST Pole and refilling with ramming of earth.

Grouting of pole in depth of 1/6 the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick balast as per RESPO norms.

Construction of pole plinth 300mm x 450 mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms.

Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of red oxide paint,PO red paint at top of pole 2 M & balance by two coats of best quality aluminium paint ISI of Burger/Nerolac/Asian mark as per norms.

Tree branches cutting and chopping where required
