Isolating 11 KV HT over head supply from the substation and earth the complete system properly, disconnecting complete electric system of the transformer from HT and LT side including earthing strips, removing transformer and taking out from substation or taking down from 2/4 pole structure and transporting to authorized service centre/ work shop for repair and back to the installation after repair including installing, commissioning & testing on full load of the following capacity complete all as specified and directed :- Note :- Necessary T&P should be arranged by the contractor. The rate of T&P is included in above quoted rate upto 200 KVA

Draining out the complete transformer oil and keeping in safe custody in clean and dry containers for reuse. Opening the top cover of the transformer, disconnecting and taking out complete core assy and dismantling it for checking the serviceability of the coil winding, checking the condition of the body, cleaning the tank and remove sludge/dirt, cleaning the coils limbs, re-fixing of core, core assy, tap changer assembly, HT/LT winding connection, terminal studs of HT/LT sides and reassembling of transformer after repairs, refitting the transformer coil including improvement of Insulation Resistance value within desired level by heating or any other method to required level complete all as specified and directed for the following :- Note : Spares/ parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. Upto 200 KVA

all as per above item No:4 but 250 KVA to 400 KVA

all as per above item No:4 but 500 KVA to 750 KVA

Disconnecting the AC and DC electric supply of voltage stablizer servo controlled, transport to civil workshop, opening, dismantling voltage stablizer servo controlled 3 phase input voltage 300-480 Volts and output voltage 385-415 Volts AC supply, 50 Hz of 100/150 KVA capacity removing unserviceable/ defective parts including cleaning and servicing, top up the oil etc complete and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, winding the coils and reassembling and transporting back at site and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts to be replaced and oil filling to be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. (ii) The voltage stablizer servo controlled shall be dismantle in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his rep. (iii) The spare parts replaced shall be of existing make or equivalent as approved.

M&L for cold rolled grain oriented core (CRGO) for transformer upto 50 to 500 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed

Isolating of HT 11 KV supply and earthing the complete system opening and taking down top cover of the transformer of any capacity installed on 2 pole / 4 pole structure or indoor / outdoor sub stn. Drain out the transformer oil up to the required level for repair/replacement of part and keeping in safe custody for reuse. Refilling transformer oil, refixing the top cover, taping and commissioning of the transformer after the repair complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Container for keeping the transformer oil safe for reuse will be arranged by contractor. (b) HT/LT bushing lead & copper terminal rod shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective item of sch ‘A’.

Material & labour for cleaning sprinkled transformer oil and all other foreign materials from external surface of transformer of capacity for 150 KVA to 200 KVA and preparing the surface to receive paint, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, including writing SM No / MES No with white paint on black base complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for replacement of oil level indicator complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for taking out LT underground cable of length not more than 4 m and of size 70 sqmm to 300 sqmm 3.5 core including excavation, taking out bricks and relaying the old cable in loop for making new thimbles in Transformer/ LT Panel including refilling of sand, relaying old bricks and returning, filling in soil complete. (Note :- The rate of new thimbles required for the item shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Material & labour replacement of Cross Arms bracings supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts , washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 x4 mm galvanized iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of cable box of Transformer on LT side n exc 80 x 60 x 20 cm of MS sheet, thickness not less than 3.15 mm and fixing with Transformer of cap 63 to 400 KVA with cable gland as reqd after painted one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel gray paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of 11 KV 200 Amps Air Break Switch with Dropout fuse Set 12 insulator mechanically operated and MS galvanized steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod of size 32 mm dia GI medium grade for current rating upto 200 Amps 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement, MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc.including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The cost of jumpers, Al thimbles, connections etc. shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) The handle should be covered with PVC sleeves.

Supply and installation in replacement of drop out fuse assembley with insulator single pole 11 KV, 25 Amps rating complete expulsion fuse element mounted on four / two pole structures complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of necessary Nut, bolt and washers shall be deemed to be included in above quoted rate.

M&L in replacement for lightening arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with using galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized earth lead 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia connected to main earth on pole or control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. Supplying, laying jointing testing and commissioning of HT underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11KV grade (Earthed) of size 120 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS-7098 Pt-II cable laid in trenches/walls/ducts/poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old unserviceable LT underground cable any size, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sq mm 3.5 core including thimble all connection complete as directed by Engr-in-charge

Disconnecting and taking down HT UG cable from HT pole/ Transformer and cutting faulty end portion of the cable, dressing properly and making good end termination, out door type fixed with and including suitable size of cold shrinkable new jointing kit 11000 voltage grade and aluminium lugs duly crimped with crimping tool for 95 Sqmm 3 core HT XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m & depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm depth and averaging 15 cm depth and getting out in soft / loose soil including clearing away all grass and vegitation saplings, shrubs, bushes, undergrowth roots and removing rubbish upto a distance n exc 50 mtrs outside the perifery of the transformer / 2 pole / 4 pole structure / feeder pillar box / sub Stn incl Water supply and Elect supply area complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick walls / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
