Distempering two coats using best quality and approved colour of oil bound distemper over one coat of cement paint primer including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges etc., complete.

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour emulsion paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over old iron works using ready mixed enamel paint with approved colour including cost and conveyance and labour charges etc., complete.

Special design Art work with first quality Enamel paint over two coats of Plastic Emulsion painting with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of wall putty and one coat of primer including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete. Black Board Painting two coats over Old Black board using ready mixed Black Board paint including all cost and conveyance and labour charges etc., complete.

Provision for Chappal Rack Arrangement

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying & fixing with cuddapah slabs 20-30mm thick for cup board thick and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 -10 Sqm

Provision for Teachers Cup Board arrangements

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Provision for Rain water Harvesting Arrangement

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil as per SS20 B for foundation etc complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Collection and supply of sand and filling including cost and conveyance to the siteand all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

RCC Precast Slbs using RCC 1:2:4 using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete

Supply and filling of 40mm ISS Metal including cost and conveyance to the siteand all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Supply and filling of 20mm ISS Metal including cost and conveyance to the siteand all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Supply and fixing P.V.C Rain water down fall pipe of 110 m dia with necessary shoes, bends, & Clambs etc
