Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement:1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominla size) Crushed. (Including all carriages and leads).

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders railings, brackes, gates & similar works. ( TATA/ SAIL).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)(Including all carriages and leads)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finshing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade . New steel work (Two or more coats).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding roack) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 mm and lift up 1.5 m.

Disposal of mulba by Mechanical Transport for an average lead of 10 km

Engagement of welder for repairing existing gates (including hire charges of welding set and welding rods)
