Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Excavation in tenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for tracking of undergound live cable,telephone cable and water pipe line throughout excavaton route before excavation by electronic cable/pipe route tracer under item No 1 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cmin soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for cable protection including consolidation complete all as directed.

M&L for Sub class 'B' bricks laid dry width wise across the line of cable in treanchs as cable protection complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Dismantling existing PCC Poles/ struts, any size carefully for reuse including necessary excavation demolition of concrete transportation cost etc. and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections etc complete and setting aside all as specified

Dismantling of insulators any type any size

Dismantling steel earth wire from existing overhead service feeder etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ACSR conductor of any size from existing overhead service feeder etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. or carrying to MES store (spare/ components for replacement to be provided free by department)

Fixing only of ACSR conductor of any size on existing or new poles complete incl restringing, jointing &binding etc retrieved against above said item complete.

Fixing only of insulators of any size on existing or new poles complete etc retrieved against above said item complete. (Note : Replacement of nuts, nolts, washers & D Clamps shall be measured and paid seperately).

Fixing only of cross arm of any size on existing or new poles complete after drilling, cutting, scrabbing & 2 coat of aluminium painting etc retrieved against above said item complete.

Refixing/ repositioning PCC poles incl erection in true vertical position complete.(Note - Excavation & PCC foundation if reqd will be measured and paid seperately).

M & L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plated fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after dismantling old unserviceable cross arms complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F disc type Insulator (single disc assembly) porcelain vitreous, white brown or green 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type with tension clamp galvanized iron nut for conductors working pressure 11000 volt grade complete.

S&F Insulator pin type epoxy insulators vitreous, white brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized washers and one galvanized iron nut for conductor working pressure 11000 volt grade complete.

M&L for fixing of ACSR conductor on existing or new poles all as directed.

M&L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain white ,brown or green large size over all dimension 90 X 140mm, clearance of the hole 25.5mm for stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly with 20mm dia rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 (Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) all as directed.

M & L for galvanized steel wire with 4 mm dia as in cradle guard including dismantling old unserviceable cradle guard complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No 2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion.

M & L for pole LT/HT painting surfaces of any description steel, iron etc . After preparation of old surface of poles including pole fittings such as cross arms of any description, anti-climbing devices, nut, bolts etc. incl scrapping and rubbing etc and applying two coats of aluminum paint providing including numbering of poles complete all as directed.

M&L for vice type connectors consisting of two brass plates, and two steel bolts and nuts for 2 conductors of equal or unequal sizes for non-tension connections including treatment of connector and ACSR conductor with conductor jolly of size 10 to 13 mm.

Spray of agricultural based chemical inside the installation to control the growth of unwanted herb etc incl cleaning of the grass herbs bushes etc from the installation complete.

Felling of trees exc 30 cm girth including cutting of trunk, and branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance of exc 100 m and clearing site.

Restringing and stretching of existing sagged LT/HT ACSR conductor of any size on OH electric line of any length on existing poles after disconnection of binding wires (dismantling & taking down) service connection etc and making, binding and service connection complete all as directed.

M & L for overhead line spacers/separators made of cpvc 1/2" pipe, 300 mm long fixed with MS shade/clamp at both end of fixing the ACSR conductors complete fixing with insulators as per sample incl taking down old unsv one all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI Pipe light grade complete with fittings laid in floor/ trenches/ wall as cable protection of 100 mm dia all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 45 but of size 80 mm dia.

M&L for HT/LT cable route indicator precast made from PCC 1:3:6 of size 600mm x 230mm x 100 including excavation PCC for foundation and painting and writing as "11 kv cable" incl preparation of surfaces both sides all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenches technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Taking out existing street light connection, bracket, jnunction box etc and refixing the same as previous condition and restore the street light connection and testing complete.

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) including painting of pole 1.2 RM height from top of coping of the pole and writing the pole no all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded BT stone aggregate as in bed block for hold fast or coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes of dia 150mm , class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
