AUGMENTATION OF ELECTRIC INFRASTRUCTURE FOR MD ACCN AT 3 WING AT AF STN PALAM UNDER GE (AF) PALAM, DELHI CANTT-10

M&L for submain wiring (concealed/surface ) with two run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size of multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS:694 marked and one run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable for earth continuty conductor drawn through and under suitable size of rigid non metallic PVC conduit , medium grade, ISI marked ( not less than 20 mm dia) complete with all acessories and fittings all laid/fixed concealed in wall/ceiling and also include the specified runs of specified size earth continuity conductor of similar type cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two runs of cable 4 Sqmm (FRLS) and One run of 4 Sqmm copper conductor(FRLS) along with PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Note :- Two runs of cable 6 Sqmm (FRLS) and One run of 6 Sqmm copper conductor(FRLS) along with PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Note :- Two runs of cable 10 Sqmm (FRLS) and One run of 10 Sqmm copper conductor(FRLS) along PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level. Earthing plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with GI wire of dia 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles at one end and the other end connected to main switch board and protected by 40mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe. Provision of 20mm dia bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. The pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earthing pit and then taken horizontally to the equipment. Provisionn of cement concrete chamber of iinternal size 300x300x300mm with PCC (1:3:6 ) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), constructed at 1.00 m metre away from edge of earthing pit with 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C including all necessary earthwork in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009) and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) The unit rate includes earthing strip and protection pipe upto maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate, earth point / test point. (b) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including one single pole MCB 20 amps complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnect & taking out carefully prepaid 1ph electric meter and refixing the same inside the meter box/LT panel including connection with suitable size wire from DB to meter and make it in functional condition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Thermoplastic (Polycarbonate/Polystyrene) distribution boards, IP65 as per IEC 60529, corrosion proof, suitable for existing prepaid meter and meter box lid screws made of stainless steel V2A, internally embedded gasket for lid and enclosures, metric size knockouts for cable entry from top and bottom with transparent hinged lid . DB should be able to adapt any make of MCB or din mountable equipment and tested as per as IEC 61439-3, fit for the new standard IEC 60 364-4-41, glow wire test IEC 695-2-11: 750C, flame retardant, self -extinguishing protection against mechanical load IK 08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262 and enclosure dimension should be 217x253x115mm (LxBxH).

Supply and fixing in repair MCB, SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240V AC of 10 KA 'C' type confirms to IS/IEC 60898-1, IP 20, 50 Hz, 35 sqmm terminal, biconnect terminals complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB SPN 32 Amps , 240V AC of 10 KA 'C' type confirms to IEC 60898-1, IP 20, 50 Hz, 35 sqmm terminal, biconnect terminals complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair isolator 4P 100 Amps 415V, 'C' type confirms to IEC 60947-3, IP 20,50 Hz, 35 sqmm terminal, biconnect terminals complete all as specified and directed.
