Supply, install, testing and commissioning of floor mounted transformer copper wound of capacity 200 KVA, step down, indoor type, 50 HZ, AC, Level -2 , oil immersed naturally air cooled having no load voltage ration 11 KV/433 V complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV/433 V corresponding to principal tapping double copper wound data connected primary side (HV) side & star connected on secondary side (LV) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN11 (Vector group - 4) with natural & having tapping on HV side for constant +5% to 10% at 2.5% step by means of manual off load tap changing arrangments, the limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run as measured by oil thermometer shall not exceed 50'C cover maximum ambient temperature prevailing at site as per IS 1180 amended up to date (Amendment 4), Total Losses at 50% load at Principal Tap at 75 º C shall be max 0.92 KW as per Level 2 of IS 1180, Total losses at 100% load at Principal Tap at 75 º C shall be max 2.7 KW as per Level 2 of IS 1180, Impedance at 75 º C (IS Tol.) shall be 4.5 % (+10 % to -10% Tol.) , Insulation level at HV side shall be 75 KVp/ 28 KVrms and at LV side shall be - KVp/28 KVrms complete including provision of following fitting and accessories complete all as specified. (a) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap drain plug & shut valve between conservator & main tank. (b) Silica get breather with oil seal & first fill of dehydration agent.

Contd...1.10/ Transformer shall have neutral ground relay facility with locking arrangement. Explosion relief vent mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equiliser pipe connection to conservator air space(pressure release device)(f) Air relief plug.(g) Shut off valve between the conservator and buchholz relay.(h) Drain valve with threaded adopter.(i) The oil temperature and winding temperature gauges shall be housed in a marshaling box made up of MS sheet as per manufacturer recommendations with hinged door and having glass front side of the box and provision for entry of cables and compression glands. (ii) Following documents to be submitted for core duting the stage inspection: Note : Rate include following (i) Cost of installation in existing plinth, connection with existing incoming and out-going cable connections, control cable to circuit breakers, setting of relays as per New transformer rating and earthing connections to existing earth test points. Cost of setting of all protective ralays in existing substation as per New transformer rating synchronized to fault level of concern distribution company is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine driven ,factory assembled, floor mounted generating set with suitable Automatic on Mains failure control panel (AMF) suitable for out put, 30 KVA, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ,1500 RPM, CPCB IV, Liquid Cooled complete with safety control and metering equipment mounted on & including common base frame on new PCC foundation as recommended by manufacturer all as specified and comprising of the following :- Prime Mover: Directly coupled diesel engine with blower fan, suitably matching under NTP condition of BS:5514 for driving 30 KVA capacity, alternator electric start, four stroke confirming to latest IS-10001/10002 Part -II 19801 for continuous running and capable for taking 10% over load for 1 hours in every 12 hours complete with following accessories :- (i) Engine (ii) Fly wheel to suitable coupling with guard (iii) Air cleaner with filters (Dry type, Replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator) (iv) Spin on filters-fuel, lube oil filter , (v) Lubricating oil gauge. (xi) Daily services fuel tank ( Tank complete with level indicator, fuel inlet and outlet, air vent , drain plug including arrangement for direct filling ) for full running capacity of DG set for min 08 hours enclosed within the canopy all as per CPCB with level indicator, fuel outlet drain pug, air vent and locking arrangements etc including fuel pipe connections with connected GI pipe medium grade from fuel tank to DG set and over flow from the DG set to fuel tank complete with gate valve. (b) Alternator: 30 KVA / 24KW at 0.8 power factor, and shall be able to give rated current output self regulated 3 phase with neutral 415 volts 50 Hz 1500 RPM with brushless excitation, Band of Voltage regulation + 1% of rated voltage, from no load to full load, Insulation Class "H" The alternator generally confirms to BS EN : 60034-1 / IS:4722. (C) Repair/Maint tools to be supplied with DG set are as under :- (i) Cutting pliers 10 " - 01 No with all auxilary tools (d) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Floor Mounted Acoustic Enclosure suitable for 30 KVA DG Set as per CPCB Norms of Make: Kirloskar KOEL Equivalent in Volvo or Caterpillar or Powerica The DG set shall be guaranteed against faulty workmanship/poor material quality and against failures due to the same, for minimum of two years or 5000 Hrs of operation whichever is earliest, from the date of commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:(1) Excavation over area for PCC work, Returning Filling in including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm and Removing excavated material exc 500 m & n exc 1.50 Km is to be done by contractor in quoted rate . (2) PCC concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cement concrete foundation is as per manufacturer recommendation and included under quoted rate. (3) DG set testing will be carried out by IEM on successfully installation of DG Set . Load test of 12 hrs including one hour at 10 % above full load. Fuel consumption shall be recorded at 25 %, 50 %, 75 %, 100 % load and 10% above full load. In case actual load rated capacity is not available , contractor will make arrangement to carry out water load test. All gear, tackles, ropes, electrode, salt, water tank, of suitable capacity. Cable etc will be the responsibility of contractor . First filling of lubricating oil for DG Set testing will be provided by contractor. Contractor has to arrange fuel for testing.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning water cooler electric driven single phase, 230 V AC,50 Hz, Storage capacity 120 ltr, cooling capacity 80 ltr/hr, madeup of stainless steel body, including using 15 mm bore 450 mm length PVC connections for making necessary inlet/outlet connection including necessary, stop valve/NRV & drain pipe etc, mounted on suitable PCC platform, including writing MES No. on water cooler white synthetic enamelled paint and taking down existing water cooler from existing site & depositing same at MES yard complete as specified and directed. Make : Model No. SS 80120 in USHA - or equivalent in Voltas/Blue star as approved.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick,burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level,connected to GI strip 25x4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts,nuts ,washer and check nut of galvanized steel, protected by and including GI pipe 50 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch / MCB DBs box point / LP test point as directed and including cement concret pit in 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5mm graded aggregate, with cast iron miled steel frame embedded in the concrete enclouser fineshed flushed & PCC cover of size (300mmx300mm) all as shown under electrical plate of SSR Pt - I 2009 and as directed including painting the external surface of chamber & cover with enamel paint in diffrent colour as directed and writing earth results & date of test carried out with white paint on black painted background, wire mesh funnel 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering adequate quantity of charcol and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm 3ft x 3ft thick all around the electrode including necessery excavation & earth work in any type of soil complete testing on completion all as directed.
