Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.xc 15 cm thickness including tiles of any thickness and pattern (below or above ground level)

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and fair complete all as spd and directed.

M&L in repair 20 -25 mm thick mirror polished kota stone, machin cut kota stone slab flooring over 20mm cement screed bed in cment mortar (1:6), and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slabcomplete all as spd .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (incl backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises complete.

M&L in repair 20 -25 mm thick mirror polished kota stone, machin cut kota stone slab as in skirting, dado or in vertical surface including 15 mm thick cement mrtar in (1:4) and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab complete all as spd and directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches , pillar etc but excluding ashalar facing dressed stoen and pre-cast concrete articles

M&L for brick work sub class B well burnt old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed

Taking down shutters area exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm and refixing in the same opening including edging, fixing arrangement as required complete all as spd and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, inclu taking down roots of trees complete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of newly untreated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : rate to be quoted by bidder inclusive WPC)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (chalk whiting ) complete all as spd

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceilling finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coats white wash complete all as spd

M&L for applying one coat white wash on old decorated ceiling surface including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes with wall cement based putty or cement morter 1:2

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated wall surface including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes with white cement to match the shade complete all as spd and directed

M&L for applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on old decorated wall surfaces including preparation of old surfaces & filling cracks and holes with white cement to match the shade complete all as spd

M&L for non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles complete..

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface such as skirting / dado etc, of size 350 x 250 x 7mm thick or 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles.
