M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks PCC Type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 including demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but for ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling complete all as specidied and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exceeding 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Raised pointing in cm 1:4 to squared rubble masonry, Jodhpur type, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc and like, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and includings necessary for work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC ( 1:4:8) D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in fdn.,filling and mass concrete including demolition of Cement concrete (Un-reinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 5cm thick sand stone slabs Jaisalmer pattern/colour in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc not exceeding 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface in cement mortar 1:4 including water proofing compound and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface in cement mortar 1:4 including water proofing compound and finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.
