Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply and fixing Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethylene (HDPE) pipe of following sizes as per IS 14930 (Part-2):2001, Laid in trenches/floors and fixed on walls/poles, with and including neccessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories etc., for laying of electric cables, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches by mechnical means (hydraulic excavator) not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out all kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Chrage.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply, laying and testing LT XLPE insuated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured earthed electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, heavy duty in trenches/along pole or wall of following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges. M&L for tesitng of faulty LT XLPE/PVC armoured cable of any size and any position at CAD Pulgaon by using LT voltage testing kit installed on movable vehicle complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage. Note : This job includes cost of vehicle transport from Nagpur to Pulgaon and back

Supply & Fixing in repair cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 and 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage. for the following size. .Make 3M-Seal/Birla/Denson:- Note : Excavation, returning filling, sand brick and removel shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant item of this BOQ

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) or serviceable tilted Panel of any type and any size, from Location and removal from site all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole upto ground level complete all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/plinth block including necessary form work all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply install, testing and commissioning Out door, in replacement of LT Distribution Panel Feeder Pillar (CPRI approved) Cubicle type,IP-56,outdoor type confirming to IS: 61439 Part I & II factory fabricated made out of outer cover with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet & inner cover with 2mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size to accommodate all accessories / fittings, compartmentalized in costruction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing MCCBs feeders. The TPN busbars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC/Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. The cubicle shall have a bottom and four legs (400mm long) of size 50x 50x6 mm, The panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY STRUCTURE after seven tank phosphating treatment, front & back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos.danger notice plate with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English, with double door shutter and shall have louvers and airvent gasket for natural flow of air, Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following Make of panel board: Advance/ Shalabh / Adlec / Tricolite. Make of ACB & MCCB : ABB / L&T / SIEMENS / SCHNEIDER.

M& L for taking out LT feeder panel front and back type opening replace old clamps and fix new hinges by drilling or belding as per condition , replaced burnt out lugs and insulation , proper, insulation taping to XLPE cable and painting inner and outer side , top and bottam, including cleaning of grass around, from the panel till 2mtr and from road to panel for easy operation complete all as specified and drirected by Engr-In-Charge

M& L for taking out LT feeder panel all cables from loops, for fixing GI Pipe for cable protection and making new foundation in place of broken foundation with PCC 1:4:8 in 40 mm graded stone aggregate and re-fixing all cables with proper lugs after inserting through GI pipe complete. Note :; PCC shall be measured and paid in the respective items.
