Material and labour for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat on existing black top surfaces with paving bitumen primer @ 5 Kg per ten square metre with tar boiler complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using vibromax power roller of capacity 8 to 12 Tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exc. 1 sq,m each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sq.m putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq,m, blended with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc. 30mm but not exceeding 75 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving bitumen binder laid and rolled including compaction to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness upto maximum 75 mm thick), complete all as specified and directed by Eng In Charge.

Material and labour for surface dressing in soft/loose soil not exceeding 15cm deep including site clearance, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Eng In Charge.

Material and labour for shingle or gravel as in road side berms spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and required camber 100mm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters on road pavements and the like n.exc. 10 cm wide with hot thermo plastic road marking material in any colour confirming to min of surface transport (MOST) specification for the road and bridge work 3rd revision, as per manufactures instructions including glass beads (intermix) type I (most/BS6008A and provision contained in IRC-35-1997 complete all as specified and as directed by GE/Eng - in - Charge. Make:- ASIAN (primer APCO GRIP and petro reflective thermoplastic road marking material APCO mark).

Material and labour for vertical delineator having wide angle cube corner micro prismatic non metallic reflective sheeting confirming to Type XI of ASTM D4956 -09 with White Colour and Red Colour combination and having minimum of retro reflective exposed area of 125 sq.cm on top slots & 35 sq.cm on bottom slots and no edges shall be exposed for tampering. This tubular delineator shall have a core and shell construction, shell shall be made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic outer body & the inner core shall consist of powder coated or painted Mild steel of minimum thickness 1.0mm & core-shell structure shall be of height not less than 800 mm above the ground and width not less than 80 mm. The metallic core of the delineator shall extend 300 mm beyond the shell length from bottom for installing in the ground. The extended portion shall have slots to insert anchoring rods for enhancing the concrete grip. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Solar Stud with high grade LED reflector of colour RED, should be made of toughened aluminium alloy body and PC top, 3 x 2 Nos upper bright LEDs, size of the stud should be 105x105x25 mm. Weight = 500 +/- 20 gms, 1 No. 1.2V re-chargeable battery, 2.5V 0.25-0.30W solar panel, visibility upto 800 meters. Flash frequency of 1-2 Hz. The stud should have 02 nos. of grouting shanks to make it anti-twist and anti-pullout. The stud should have a single piece moulded aluminium body to give it more strength. It should not have a 2 part body fixed together with screws all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cat eyes of approved quality, aluminium die cast body fixed on roads including drilling for fixing with cement mortar or with adhesive complete all as per manufactures instructions all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing pre-cast cement concrete (using rubber mould to obtain smooth finish) 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stones and in similar works bedded and jointed in cement morter 1:6 including excavation if necessary and demolition of old concrete of any description all as specified and directed by Eng - In - Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old stone / concrete surface of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated stone / concrete surface of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for application of cold mix bitumen emulsion @1.0Kg/Sqm over exisitng bituminous road surfaces by applying with brushes / roller / rubber wiper including cleaning of existing loose material by using wire brush (where aggregates are getting out) or as directed by Eng - In- Charge.

Material and labour for removing tree roots and vegetation n. exc. 15cm girth and removing the material to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and stacking complete all as specified and directed by Eng - In- Charge.
