Material and Labour for cleaning the chocked soakage of manholes of any size and depth and removing scum/sludge’s to a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m and cleaning with fresh water by taking out carefully cover slab placing in position including setting the cover slab in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for cleaning of blocked CI pipe line 100 mm and more bore, carefully in between manholes using split bamboo, cleaning rod, binding wire etc and flush with fresh water and disposed off the sludge complete all as specified and as directed

All same as Item No 2 above but 150mm dia

Material and Labour for removing RCC cover slab of septic tanks of various capacities and taking out scum/sludge’s including foul water and collect the same in closed container and depositing in earth pit of sufficient size and depth in any type of soil within the defence land where directed by Engineer-in-Charge to a distance exceeding 250m and Not exceeding 500m, returning and filling in earth in excavated pit after complete disposal of scum/sludges chamber inlet and outlet pipe, MS rungs, septic tank cleaning with fresh water applying one coat of bituminous paint on steel surfaces such as MS rungs handle, inlet and outlet pipes etc, and filling tank with fresh water up to level as directed placing the RCC cover slab in position and set in CM 1:6 including cleaning the sewage line from last manholes to septic tank complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for removing of filter bed/ soakage well etc by removing the filter media into scum /sludges in foul position not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning the old serviceable filter bed media obtained from item No.5 above and refilling in filter bed/ soakage pit well etc. with suitable filter media complete all as specified and as directed. (Balance material / sludge shall be disposed off to outside MD Land)

Material and Labour for loose filling with filter media aggregate (stone) of gauge 40mm to 80mm in filter bed soakage pit/ well etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for unreinforced concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete article and precast concrete walling, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from bricks or concrete surfaces built in cement lime mortar etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 500m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of area drainage lines including removal of mud/soil/plants/grass and vegitation of any size and any depth of drains,taking out from the drains/ on the drains and removal of the same to a distance exceeding 50 m and complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc including brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs for CI soil/Waste/vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floor of 100mm dia including dismantling/ taking out of old pipe complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 19 above but 150mm dia

S & F in repairs for CI soil/Waste/vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears with cement joints,fixed to wall of 100mm dia including dismantling/ taking out of old pipe complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 21 above but 150mm dia

Material and Labour for concrete bed to drain pipes including forming cradles after they are laid and tested in cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone) for 100 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing in repair of CI cowls for bore of pipe 100mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing in repair of CI bends (any radius) diminishing or tappers of 100mm bore pie (larger bore measured) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm grades stone aggregate) as in coping benching, bed plate, including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on concrete surface all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for precast RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, man holes covers and similar article including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of MS TMT bars 10 dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending etc, and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm and above inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc all as specified and as directed
