Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cool roof tiles exterior grade 300 x 300 x 7 to 10mm (Johnson/orient or equivalent) including screed bed in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match all as specified and roughening of exc concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 450 x 350 x 7mm thick joint less (vertical joint) glazed ceramic tiles coloured set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement as in skirting/dado complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hardstanding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for even spreading of 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
